Close to the airport with extremely friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Close to the airport with a good shuttle service. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful

Cons:

The hotel was a little tired and you paid a lot for a basic room but with the FIFA World Cup coming up, I guess that’s to be expected.

Location is great! It is across Aberdeen train station which can bring you to Vancouver City Center, and it is near to so many good Chinese restaurants.

Room was good and comfortable.
Pros:

Room was quite good. One lift was out of action so using the trade lift. Plenty of eating places nearby however they were all of east asian influence and alot did not have english menus.

Cons:

Staff shortage in restaurant. Felt a bit uncomfortable.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and it was wonderful having the free shuttle to the airport.

The room was very dark even with all the bedside lights on.

Pros:

The hotel staff were very friendly and arranged early check in for us at 10am, the food and service in the restaurant downstairs was exceptional aswell. The free shuttle bus to the airport was a nice touch too.

Cons:

Hotel is absolutely perfect for staying before an early flight but not a whole pile to do around the hotel itself
