Staff was excellent,chef Sam went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary requirements. He improvised and prepared special meals for us . Really appreciate his hospitality.
Food menu for vegetarian had limitations for long stay. No beer on tap
Close to the airport yet property very quiet, great shuttle service, front desk staff very attentive, spacious room
Unfortunately some kind of sediment came out of both the sink faucet and shower head. Too much trouble to change rooms once discovered. Had to use bottled water for brushing teeth. Although the bed was big and extra pillow were appreciated, the bed was worn and had a big sag on one side. We stayed on the 12th floor, considered the penthouse, but the couch and chairs were stained and worn out. Looks like the furniture has been there since the 1970s. The hotel definitely needs updating.

Hotel was not that close to airport and only one lift working. Expensive.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and provided helpful information on getting around the area. The hotel was close to a Tim Horton's - doughnuts! The restaurant was good and had an excellent bacon burger.
While the hotel was great, it was a little out from the downtown area. However, it was easily accessible by train.

Unfortunately all elevators were broke when we were there, fixed in a few hours, but climbing 10 flights of stairs twice was difficult

Great location across the street from train station. Short walk to a large Japanese supermarket. A number of Chinese restaurants within a few blocks. All of the staff were extremely nice and helpful. Good tv channel selection.
Beds were really bad, too soft. The place seemed dated. Faucets and toilet were a bit dodgy. One elevator being worked on for days. Breakfast was so-so
