The hotel offers free pick up to and from the Airport. We booked for the night prior to a late evening departure and were given a late check-out, then able to wait in the lobby in comfortable chairs until it was time to take the shuttle.
We had a meal in the evening at the onsite restaurant which was enjoyed and reasonably priced.
The view from our 11th floor room was over the Fraser River and planes could be seen coming into land
I really appreciated the ability to check in a bit early. I had been working all week.
Breakfast had typical options. No complaints.
I’ve stayed in many hotels and on arrival the bell service helps you with your luggage and walks you to your room. When I got to my room there was dirty plates outside my door.
The pillows were very uncomfortable (too soft for my liking). With so many on the bed it might be a good idea to have some firmer ones.
The tv guide on the converter didn’t work. When I first got in the room it was on and scrolling but never worked again.
The tv screen was too dark.
Close to the airport and train to the city.
Facilities were a bit dated for the price paid, but it was convenient to coming into Vancouver after a long 15 hour flight as a stop over point.
This property has a great free airport shuttle. The location of the property is great, two stops down is a really nice mall and there is a large Suoerstore that is walkable from the property and also a Tim Hortons across the street. When cruising it is very convenient to take the train to the Waterfront where you walk less than 2 blocks to the Cruise Terminal. I would highly recommend this property as the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The property is going under renovations. Things didn’t work. Air-conditioning is noisy. Only one lift was working and the hotel is very old and rundown.

Extrem hellhörig, nachts Massen von grölenden, besoffenen Menschen, ab 5.30 Uhr jeden morgen mindestens 2 h Müllabfuhr, die mit viel Lärm Tonnenweise Altglas und sonstigen Müll des ganzen Viertels direkt vor dem Hotel entsorgt. Lage ist für Hotelnutzung absolut ungeeignet! An Schlaf ist nicht zu denken. Wenn überhaupt, dann müssten Schallschutzfenster eingebaut werden. Wir hätten eigentlich schon misstrauisch werden müssen, da auf dem Tisch drei Packungen Ohrstöpsel zu sehen waren. Aber selbst damit war es definitiv zu laut!

Minor point but we didnt realise we needed to phone straight away for the shuttle bus so we ended up waiting quite a long time
