Clean, easy to get to, close to gas stations and grocery stores.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and a nice size. The hotel was quiet although it was busy! The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful in answering all of my questions! The pool was nice, but the hot tub wasn't filled which was a little disappointing.

Cons:

Honestly not much to complain about! There was a Boston Pizza on site which made grabbing dinner easy. My only gripe is not having a continental breakfast; you could buy breakfast onsite apparently but we didn't see where to do so.

Good infrastructure but terrible service
Pros:

I’d rate 5/5 for the hotel’s infrastructure. Big rooms, good renovations and great AC.
But the service here is just not up to Delta’s standards. I’m sorry.
We asked a bottle opener through the phone. Reception replied “Sir, come downstairs, we don’t come to you!” The reception’s reply is very unprofessional, rude, and impolite. We fully understand staffs don’t come to our rooms due to security or other reasons, but more polite and professional replies will be appreciated.

Would stay here again but maybe bring my own pillow and more coffee.
Pros:

Great location. Staff were very friendly!

Cons:

The pillows were awful. The bed was hard. The coffee cups leaked. They only left one regular coffee and the other was decafe. The metal plate in shower was very loud.
