I always chose to stay here for the location

Cons:

I ended up with ants in my room my last night there. I lost a 1 pound box of See's candy (which we don't have here other east coast)because of them as well as a $13 loaf of chocolate chip banana bread from Boudin (which we also don't have other east coast). I was absolutely devastated since it was my last night in town and was unable to replace what was lost!
I couldn't believe that it happened because I have stayed there numerous times, including for 24 days last summer and regardless of what food I left on the counter or tables I NEVER had an issue with ants!!!

Not worth staying
Pros:

Location was convenient

Cons:

Dated, worn furniture, bathroom and bed. Poor, old kitchen amenities and appliances. Bathroom wasn’t clean. Breakfast was the worst - a few packaged items on a counter.

Interesting place to stay. Pack accordingly.
Pros:

Very clean, bed comfortable, use of a kitchen

Cons:

Very minimal accommodations. Asked for dishes, no hair dryer, no sponges and very little soap given to wash dishes. Pictures taken off walls, cold environment. No charging ports.

Overpriced and underwhelming
Cons:

No ice available. No blow dryer. Terrible soaps. Horrible 'free breakfast'. Run down decor, rooms, lobby. Overall complete disappointment and the price is disgusting for the lack of basically everything. They should be ashamed the end product.

Very pleasant and friendly!
Pros:

Did not have breakfast! The staff is very friendly and helpful!

Cons:

Have more friendly bathrooms for Disable people, hand rails in the bathrooms, vents that are quite! But this one did and was more helpful for people with disabilities! Thank you
