A great place to stay other than the noise
Pros:

Large, clean room. Super comfortable bed with great pillows and nice linens. Good shower with sufficient pressure, lots of hot water, a free-flowing drain and convenient dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Good location (there’s even a Wegman’s nearby!). Reasonable price compared with other area lodging. We didn’t use the kitchenette but it appeared to be well supplied. The best part of our stay was how kind and helpful Neil at the front desk was. He was super when checking us in and gave a great first impression. The hotel is very lucky to have him!

Cons:

The only chair in the room was the desk chair so there was no place for the second person to sit, which was very inconvenient. Our room was near the front desk and people were carrying on very loud conversations until midnight and starting again at 4:00am – extremely inconsiderate – the staff should enforce quiet hours, not just in the rooms but at the front desk for those trying to sleep nearby. While these issues made our experience a poor one, we would stay again due to the good things about the hotel, but in a room farther from the front desk.

Pros:

The location was good. Close to many shops and restaurants and only 20mins from downtown Boston.

Cons:

They only clean rooms once a week so, given that we were only there for 6 days, the room didn't get cleaned at all.

The parking lot was also a mess. They dug up certain parts for repairs, which was great, but didn't repair them leaving huge areas that could damage the underside of your car for our entire stay.

It was everything I needed and more! Great little spot out of the hustle and hassle of the city.
Pros:

Clean, bright, smelled fresh not like chemicals. They provide everything you need. 24 hour front desk, close to everything, staff are very pleasant and accommodating! Great WiFi. Very Comfy bed. The kitchen has everything you need and more things you can ask for like a pressure cooker ect. I didn’t get to use the gym but it looked well maintained. Laundry was convenient. Animal friendly. Short walk to almost anything you could thing you could want, shopping, restaurants. If you want to stay in anything you may want or need delivered comes quickly. It was very affordable and very close to Boston for a day trip or 2. It felt like home. Definitely will be back soon.

Cons:

No major complaints. The hot didn’t get beyond temped. There were quests next to and above us that were pretty loud through the night. Not the properties fault. People need to clean up after their dogs. Again not the properties fault.

The room was spacious and well-equipped. Daily room cleaning was also provided and done quickly.

Cons:

I booked the room at 2 a.m. Due to a slight flight delay, I arrived at the hotel at 8 a.m. When I arrived, they told me all the rooms were booked. I explained that I had made the reservation the night before. They said they had seen it but had given the room to someone else because I hadn't arrived. I reiterated that I had booked late and it was clear I would be arriving late. I waited at least three hours for a room to become available.

There were tons of ants crawling around the room. It was very disturbing.
