Pros:

Bed very comfortable on my surgery damanged back. Lots of hot water. Quiet

Cons:

I was never told there would be q 75$ upcharge because I brought my poodle. Plus the TV didn't work when we first got to the room. We had to get the clerk to work it for us.

Disappointing stay
Pros:

Clean hotel, clean room, comfortable bed and pillows. Good location. Pleasant staff. Good wifi.

Cons:

Not well maintained. No handicap accessible door. Difficult to maneuver a luggage trolley through the regular door and hold the door open too. This would also be difficult for anyone with a wheelchair or another mobility aid.

Parking lots lights in the middle of the lot were out or non functional.

Large hole in upholstery on chair in the room. Could have been at least covered by a slipcover.

Bone in kitchenette sink.

Wrinkled curtains.

Rusty light fixture over bathroom sink.

Rusty exterior of refrigerator.

Scuff marks on cabinetry could have been touched up.

Garden overgrown. Needs trimming.

Four of the five washing machines were " temporarily out of order" and the staff stated" it's been that way for a long time".

There was no complimentary breakfast available. I thought I had read that there was complimentary breakfast available.

Overall good for the price. Wish there were black out curtains. Walls and room needs a renovation, outdated.
