it was okay.
Pros:

I loved the amenities in the room. Very clean and comfortable. The sofa bed was less than comfortable tho.

Cons:

That check-in was at 4 pm, and the front desk lady told me to come back in 30 to 40 mins when I was asking to check in at 3:53 PM. By the time I came back, I had to wait in this massive line. It was very frustrating after driving nearly 5 hours to get there. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, too.

Helpful staff, good value for money considering the location.
Pros:

They were very helpful for all our packages being delivered. The room was also spacious and had a full kitchenette.

The only noteworthy aspects of the stay were the bed, which turned out to be comfortable, and the proximity to the airport and the LVCC, which is within walking distance (about 15 to 20 minutes). Aside from that, it was a disappointing experience due to the abysmal service from the front desk staff.

Cons:

The service at the front desk was terrible; the person who checked me in seemed more concerned with their nails than with expediting the process. They handled my documents as if they were disgusted by them, and it has already been a week since I checked out, yet they still haven't returned my deposit.

We arrived at 4:15 the room wasn't ready Toya was WONDERFUL trying to get us in, offered us water and was lovely the other staff member was not accommodating and unapologetic.

Dee and prop management need to step it up

I was treated like shit and denied permission to stay at the property af tree r j had checked out but follows that the same day I broke my foot and car back to check
In as I had to take care of myself in crutches. Apparently they didn’t think tha was a god look as I was outside until
I could get my funds in order . I had already made a reservation. But they made me rebook on ther site and then denied me access to stay at property with no explanation. Her name was Dee. A tall black lady that was turning away people

Unprofessional and unsatisfactory

I liked the location of the property and the shampoos and conditioners

Cons:

There were roaches in the stairwells, our tvs were broken the whole stay after asking them to be fixed twice in a 3 days stay. They CHANGED THE NAME of my reservation without my permission and locked me out of my room. When confronted the staff lied and offered free parking as a resolution
