Location and familiarity
Needs a little upgrading and more options for breakfast
The location is good. Many stores for shopping. Close to Airport and Amusement Parks.
The room was not clean! Had to request clean sheets after checking in. Someone walked on the bed, and left shoe prints. The head board was dirty and had hand prints smeared across it. Yuck! Cleaned it myself, bc they couldn't even get the clean sheets I requested right. Not to mention that the beds were very hard! The towel rack was held together with duct tape!
Asked the front desk the next morning to have housekeeping clean our room. As their sign behind the desk instructed, while eating breakfast. Left for the Amusement Parks, expecting to come back to a clean room. No one touched our room! I went down to complain and get towels at the front desk. All he wanted to know was who I told. When I told him that I asked the man at the front desk that morning, pointing at the sign. He didn't say anything, just went to get some towels. The pool is very small! The pictures on the website of the rooms and eating area are very deceiving! I will not be staying there again!
Jacuzzi Tub in the room was nice
The "bathroom" sink isn't in the bathroom but outside the door by the front room door. After the first time we used it, it was leaking water from underneath all over the tile floor infront of the exit door. And as for having a nice king suite, the best view we got was a parking lot, a chain fence, and another parking lot.
The shuttle /,the hotel is close to many shops, /,,the personnel is good/the breakfast was ok.
The bed was torn up/the carpet of the hall was smelling no good. The TV is too small.the sheets smell no good.the cafe machine was old .the price is high than the duality of the hotel.iam disappointed 😞

The price
Countertop was dirty, no water pressure in the shower at all, the mini fridge was missing a leg. Everytime I opened the door, everything slid out. Black smudges on the wall and the room smelled musty when we got there.
The location was good.
It was very dirty throughout. Our initial room smelled so strongly of mold that it took my breath away. We were allowed to move across the hall, where the smell was less but the room was just as dirty and inhospitable. We found both hair and what appeared to be blood stains in the bedding.

The hole in the carpet. The water stains under the sink the tub in the bathroom not having a plug in it. The patch marks in the shower. The broken seal on the air conditioner. I'm sorry but if I'm going to pay $150 a night for a room I do not want holes in the carpet water stains under the sink the tub was out a plug in it evident patch marks on the walls it was dirty there were rose petals from people before us still under and around the bed there was no remote.

Blinds didn’t fully close in the room we had so street lights shone in. Carpet felt damp. Hallways and bathrooms seemed worn.
