The whole experience. Lazy, rude staff, every room disgusting. Broken amenities, couldn't care less attitude. Made to feel like we were interrupting them every time we needed something. Absolutely awful experience, will never go there again.

Went to change out our towels my wife used one to clean up a mess and now wants to charge us 35 dollars for a towel. How are we to clean up messes or keep our room clean. Maids do not not come by on a daily bases to see if we need anything. Most people use a towel on the floor to shower as well. We try and maintain a clean mind you this is the 1 st time I have experienced this with a towel issue staying in a motel. Mind you there was a mistake with a reservation we I first checked in because the clerk did not in form me I had 2 for the same night and than was charged 66.00 for a no show even though I was checked in under the second reservation. Was not refunded that amount due to a mistake. Now because my wife used a towel to clean up a mess in the room to try and keep our room clean they want to charge 35.00 for a towel that is 2.95 at Walmart. On top of the half the time they get cut up and used for rags after being washed. If I am going to get charged for them than I want them back and take them with me.

Literal hell on earth

Absolutely nothing was even close to OK with this place in any way and according to the codes set by the health department this place needs to be shut down immediately due to various violations

Cons:

I didn't like the roaches running everywhere, the exposed live wires, the no smoke or carbon monoxide alarms, most of all that the door didn't latch at all and anyone was able to walk in any time. To top all of that negativity off, the staff was rude and refused to help with the situation in any way. It was so bad that we had to leave at 2am to avoid the bugs continuing to crawl on us and into our stuff. It was the worst experience ever.

The worst customer service I've ever encountered!

I liked the fact there was no deposit and it had a kitchenette

Upon entering the room it was NOT CLEANED there was blood splatter all over the floor in the bathroom and next to the bed there were black hairs all in the towels they gave you the floor wasn't swept or mopped I guess they changed their name from motel 6 south to studio 6 south so don't confuse them if you plan on making a reservation we made a reservation and paid the night before so we wouldn't be disturbed this morning well after 3 hours of back in in forth and being threatened by staff to have the cops called on us for their mistake I stead of fixing the issue with the room change they decided they would just cancel our reservation without even telling us we found out by bookings customer service I WOULD DEFINITELY RECONSIDER STAYING HERE
