I will definitely stay here again
Pros:

The location was great, right in the middle of central which made everything walking distance.
The hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful.
Professionals. The pool was great. Terrance area in the 5th floor was great the vibe was amazing during night time.

Cons:

The only thing is that they don’t have parking space that belongs to the hotel. Even though there’s a secure parking lot close we still had to walk with our luggage to the hotel which it was a bit of inconvenience since I have a kid and we have to crossed streets. The traffic can be bad.

La ubicación es excelente para visitar los sitios de interés del centro de la ciudad, la terraza cuenta con excelentes vistas y la alberca en la terraza es agradable,

Cons:

Por la ubicación del hotel (centro) no hay área para realizar el descenso de equipaje de manera cómoda, tienes que hacerlo bloqueando el tránsito vehicular, el personal del hotel ayudó para hacerlo rápido.

They helped me out of a situation where the apartment I rented didn’t work out and they helped me calm down and comforte

The customer service team was amazing. They showed us the history of the building and told us about the buildings and history around us.

Sehr gute Lage, freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Die Dachterrasse ist ein bisschen vernachlässigt, alle Sonnenschirme waren kaputt.
Im Inneren des Hotels merkt man kaum etwas von dem historischen Gebäude.
Am Abend setzte ein lautes, tiefes Geräusch im Zimmer ein. Nach Anruf in der Rezeption wurde es abgestellt, mitten in der Nacht um kurz vor eins ging es wieder los, wodurch man aus dem Schlaf gerissen wurde - erneuter Anruf in der Rezeption, nach zehn Minuten wurde es abgestellt. Solche Dinge dürften nicht passieren, die Nachtruhe wurde massiv gestört.
