Un trésor d’architecture dans une forêt mystérieuse
Pros:

Le lieu est unique. Un rêve. L’architecture romantique est un trésor, la forêt aussi. Le service 5 étoiles, personnel parfaitement à la hauteur, avec la chaleur que j’espère recevoir dans un tel lieu.

Cons:

Les chambres sont vraiment à refaire, la literie est trop dure, les oreillers aussi. Moquette pleine de taches, rideaux aussi. Ce n’est pas tant l’ancienneté, mais l’usure qui dérange. Notre chambre était à côté de l’ascenseur, nous étions réveillé à chaque utilisation des autres clients.

Y revenir encore et toujours
Pros:

J’adore l’emplacement au milieu du parc magnifique et de se retrouver dans ce palace d’un autre temps complètement fou . C’est la troisième fois que j’y viens et c’est toujours le même plaisir . La salle de bain est grandiose et notre chambre petite ( mais je regrette de ne pas avoir pris une classe au-dessus). Tout est très confortable

Pros:

O hotel em prédio histórico é deslumbrante, de tirar o fôlego! Café da manhã muito bom, restaurante com menu em passos lindíssimo e delicioso! Jardins no entorno tornam o local extremamente agradável!

Edificio do hotel decadente e em muito mau estado. Não mereceria mais que 2 estrelas. Edificios envolventes muito mal cuidados
Sala de estar muito mal apresentada e desconfortável: sofás sujos, mal estimados e fora de época, não se admite.
Quartos completamente decepcionantes: fora deste século em termos de conforto e apresentação: camas e almofadas muito incomodas, janelas muito antigas sendo dificil abrir para o exterior.
Pequeno almoço aquem das expectativas devido à fraca qualidade dos produtos. Apenas a fruta parecia de boa qualidade.

Da parte exterior do Palácio, embora já com muita degradação.

Cons:

Do quarto inicial, sem canais de Tv, sem Wi-Fi, Teto do quarto com rachas. Após reclamação mudaram-nos para um quarto maior e com as comodidades que não tínhamos no outro. Ficamos alojados numa parte externa ao edifício principal, sendo que para nos deslocarmo-nos dos quartos para as outras instalações, tínhamos que passar por um corredor a céu aberto. Felizmente que não choveu e nem teve muito frio.

Wie im Märchen!
Pros:

Unglaublich schöne Unterkunft! Einfach traumhaft! Es waren genug Parkplätze vorhanden, WIFI funktionierte nur in der Lobby. Die gesamte Gegend (Wandermöglichkeiten, Schlossgarten, aber auch das Innere) waren unfassbar schön! Auch das Frühstück war großartig mit viel Auswahl- und es gab sogar viele vegane Optionen! Unfassbar toll!
