Os quartos e os banheiros tem tamanho bom , as camas são confortáveis, toalhas de banho e chuveiro bom
Os travesseiros são horríveis, de flocos de espuma! O estado geral das paredes papel de parede, janela e portas dos armários, que são antigos e muito bonitos, precisam de manutenção, as paredes estão rachadas e a pintura está saindo
The hotel and natural surroundings are beautiful. The main building is, in itself, a jewel.
The installations are a bit run down. Rooms are small and bathrooms are old, the furniture is in dire need of repairs, water was scorching hot, impossible to cool down... Nothing terrible, but not what you'd expect from a five star hotel.
A pity that the gardens aren't well kept.

Incómodo. Habitacion y baño muy trasnochado. No sé entiende que una puerta sin ajuste, sea la separación de dos habitaciones de clientes sin relación alguna.
No tenía aire acondicionado y no es para calificación cinco estrellas. Por tanto caro para estancia y comidas.

Localização e a história. A comida do Restaurante.
Muito degradado e sem as condições mínimas de conforto que se exige a um hotel atual. Os funcionários são mal educados e rudes com execpção da recepção e do funcionário do Bar que foram excelentes. O staff do restaurante péssimos. O café da cá manhã um desastre com a diária que cobram é uma miséria ter fruta verde servida. O café intragável. 2 funcionários apenas para dar conta do café da manhã estive 45 minutos à espera de ovos mexidos meia hora à espera de café.a cá oferta de produtos no café da manhã fica a perder para qualquer pensão 2 estrelas. O palácio grita por obras urgentes . Sem aquecimento. Enfim não iremos repetir nem recomendar até algo for feito para melhorarem a situação. Os funcionários precisam de formação de cortesia .
