More variety in choice of food hot food when you get it
Friendly, helpful staff, room was so spacious and immaculate, warm cosy fire to sit by in the Lobby,
Quiet room, close to all the things we needed. Great restaurant.
The room was clean, tidy and bed comfortable.
There was no elevator to our room or offered help with our luggage.
However, the green light on the smoke detector glowed a bright green all night. The lights from the courtyard below shone on the ceiling all night. We closed the shutters and curtains; the problem is there are no pelmets across the top of the curtains to block out the light. We did not sleep all night due to the illumination of the room.
The comfortable, spacious room
The menu was inflexible. You couldn't get a variation . I should have stated at check in I required gluten free options and other dietary requirements

Room was very clean and compfortable. Bathroom was small but very functional. Given that Canberra on the time we were there, it was very cold to icy. Therefore the heating once we worked out how it worked was very very good. Heating in other parts of the hotel could have been turned up a bit i.e restaurant and reception.
Heating in the restaurant and recption / bar area given the Canberra was expereincing one of it coldest days. Heating could have been turned up to compensate. Secure car park was way too small for the hotel complex.
