Good location. Disappointing services
Pros:

Location is great for National gallery etc

Cons:

Staff friendly but un trained. Reception did not know about RS bfst. Restaurant staff said we could not sit in empty dining room for a snack & wine when garden & terrace were booked for event. Did not know menu.
Room Svc menu same as restaurant. No lighter items.
No Rm svc breakfast available.
Rm 52 very noisy - car park/ recycling bin.
After 30 yrs of working in luxury hotels I probably noticed more than average person.

Room was bery comfortable and spacious

Cons:

i was surprised by the minimum daily clean of the room. Only the towels were changed and bed made up. There were some glasses & Plate we used but they were not replaced with clean ones during our stay
