If it’s location you want this is the place !
Pros:

It’s all about the location! The guy on check in was so helpful and gave us some tips for our first visit to Oxford

Cons:

Breakfast was a big disappointment, i gave up wrestling with the sourdough toast which was cold and hard!

A wonderful stay in a historic city
Pros:

The room is lovely, wonderful bathroom fluffy towels great shower and bath. Staff are professional and friendly. F&B offer is exceptional.

Cons:

The only minor issue is the parking, this could of been better signposted

Great Hotel
Pros:

Beautiful Hotel with stylish qulaity rooms in the heart of oxford with complimentary parking. The hotel is well finished with great outdoor courtyard and restaurant and bar on site - steps away from everything, and in May I was grateful that they had Air con. Some great m,embers of staff and nothing too much trouble for the front of house team - Special thanks to Alex who was fabulous. Quod restaurant was Ok - but not great food wise , though waitress Daisy was excellent. Bereakfast was a mish mash of confusion and food that was ok but could be better for a hotel of this standing. We were on a B&B package , but when I looked back through the bill there was a charge for service, which just seems wrong when its already included within the room price ? Overall a great hotel but there are I imagine many other places where you can get better food experience.

Good, the hotel is lovely and staff very friendly and helpful
Pros:

A lovely hotel the only reason I gave it a 4 is because getting to it if tyre driving there was very difficult to navigate.
If a guest is using other transport this hotel is very very hard to beat.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
