Wonderful Staff and Exceptional Service!
Pros:

We’ve stayed at Old Bank a few times previously and have always enjoyed its perfect location, delicious food, and afternoon tea.

On July 30th, I was on my way to an event at the Botanic Garden when it suddenly started pouring rain. In desperation, I remembered the hotel's umbrellas, so I stopped by reception to ask if I could borrow one for an hour. A lovely receptionist kindly handed me a clear umbrella to keep me dry!

Thank you so much for your hospitality- small, thoughtful gestures like this that keep us coming back. We look forward to our next visit!

En rolig oasis midt i byen
Pros:

Flott beliggenhet. Rommene var store og hadde alt du trengte. Vi ba om parkeringsplass, dette holdt de av til oss med en skilt med navnet på.

Cons:

Treningsrommet var mindre enn forventet. Det var et rom med en sykkel, noen vekter og en yogamatte.

Pros:

Wonderful central location, beautiful rooms, delicious food and helpful welcoming staff. We asked for late checkout which was promptly organised with Reception.

I was unaware there was a sercice charge for the staff. Its not that they dont deserve it but to be slugged at the end when the hotel was prepaid seemed a ppr way to do it. Why wasnt it done upfront

Pros:

This is by far my favorite hotel in Oxford. The rooms are spotlessly clean and one has a choice between one of the most beautiful views around and extreme quite neither is a bad choice. It just depends on ones preferences. The air conditioning is excellent in many of the rooms Pass and others. The food is absolutely fantastic no matter what one eats in the adjacent restaurantone can’t go wrong and of course, sitting in the beautiful outside courtyard it almost doesn’t matter. The atmosphere is so lovely in the summer. The library is also a terrific place to sit and meet with Local friends central to everything. There is really not a negative word to say everything in Oxford is costly but at least this is beautiful.
Even the trainees were lovely and highly professional. I wish I had the talent to pick good employees as you too.

A beautiful retreat in the middle of Oxford

The rooms were impeccably clean and tastefully decorated with a great selection of tea and coffee for consumption. The location is very central to everything and easy to walk everywhere
