Pleasant stay
Pros:

It was nice overall and great location

Cons:

The tv didn’t have many streaming options available so I watched tv on my phone other than that everything was good

I’ve stayed here numerous times but feel it’s become very dated and needs a revamp.
Pros:

The location is great. Staff are friendly and reception area very clean.

Cons:

The room was not very clean. The toilet smelt like urine. The curtains were ripped and the carpet had large wet looking stains. The front door was extremely hard to unlock. The pillows were rock hard and the additional pillows had no filling.

A convenient apartment with a few flaws
Pros:

It was two blocks away from the Canberra centre so the location was close and convenient to the tram stop, bus stops, restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket. We had a nice view over Northbourne Avenue. The staff were able to offer me replacement teabags at the front desk when I requested, after running out. It was very handy to have a washing machine, washing liquid and a dryer. This was located in the second bathroom and had a door to keep out some of the noise. There was also a drying rack which was great if you didn't want to use the dryer.

Cons:

The toilet in the second bathroom only flushed some of the time. When I mentioned this, the staff agreed to get maintenance to look at this the following day, however there was no change when I returned to the apartment the next evening. The body lotion was also empty in the second bathroom; which housekeeping rectified the next day upon my request. The shower door also did not close completely and water could splash out onto the floor. I did not mention this but just kept the bathmat at a distance from the door.

Great accom.

Back to the 70su
Pros:

One bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent and the staff were helpful.

Cons:

These apartments are very outdated and need refurbishment. It took us back to the 70s. Even with a little TLC it could be improved. However, the bathroom needs a total renovation. In this era a shower over a step in soap is dangerous. In addition, the apartment was infested with small flying insects that did not bite but were a nuisance.

Very short stay in Canberra
Pros:

Location was perfect for nearby restaurants. Paid parking was very handy underneath the building.

Cons:

Rooms need an upgrade, The air-conditioning didn't work in the living area so had to keep the bedroom one on to heat the place. Thought housekeeping checked all these things out before guests arrived. Reception did offer us a room change but that was after we discovered the air-conditioner wouldn't be fixed for a few days.

It was in a great part of town it had everything you need parking was easy and most of staff where great

Cons:

Wasn't clean to the standard , furniture was old . Pool was closed and we weren't told before hand ,fan in bathroom was broken and clothes dryer didn't work as we found after do a load of washing

Pros:

The location of the accommodation was good for restaurants and shopping.

Cons:

The apartment was dirty with broken tiles throughout the kitchen floor which was a safety issue. None of the beds had mattress protectors nor tmdid the pillows that were dirty and yellow. The shower head in the main bathroom was fixed do you couldn't access the water stream without being right in the corner of the shower. Extensive water damage to the vanity unit in the main bathroom due to this as well. The carpet was dirty and the walls were damaged with paint chipped off everywhere. The balcony was filthy as well with bird droppings and grime.
