Okay, had our room downgraded

Cons:

- Had our room downgraded at check in due to overbooking, was offered breakfast to make up for it.
- The breakfast was bad and they tried to charge us even when it was complimentary

Cons:

Our room was directly across from the ice machine. This was incredibly loud and annoying at all hours. Getting woken up every 20 minutes in the morning when someone gets ice, it ruined our stay.
The tv in our room had a broken panel so it looked like it was half off when watching something.

Overall okay but felt overpriced for what you actually got.
Pros:

Bed was comfy, really good location and appreciate the shuttles. Staff were also really nice and welcoming. The gym was pretty nice as well, but I wish you couldn’t see in it.

Cons:

Bathroom was incredibly small like you couldn’t stand in front of the toilet and close the door at the same time small. The pool was also very dirty the tiles around the pool and there was a lot of debris in the water.

Breakfast that was offered was extremely mid. Plus, you had to pay for it. You also had to pay for parking which felt pretty extreme since you’re already paying a pretty penny to stay there.

The hotel was comfortable and pleasant, with great service and convenient location.
Pros:

The room felt clean and recently updated. The breakfast area was very bright and inviting with lots of seating. Even though it was a simple breakfast, there were lots of options to meet all needs. The staff were helpful and very kind at every step of our stay, from check-in, to breakfast, to check-out. The staff seemed happy to be there and enjoying each other's company, which goes a long way to creating a welcoming environment. We left a stuffed animal behind and the staff were so incredibly helpful and kind about helping us find the item and get it sent to our home with a sweet note for our daughter.

Cons:

The pool outside was fine, but only ok. The furniture and pool seemed a little old/dated.
