The size of the room was good. The location was great, really close to the main Universal Studios park.
Bathroom was difficult to get in and out of. There were wide open cracks in and out of the shower floor. When we turn the sink on, it smelled liked sewage. We did not appreciate having to pay for parking when we are paying to stay at the hotel.
Excelente ubicación, muy limpio y muy buena atención
Everything was clean, peaceful (once inside), and very comfortable. I will definitely be booking here again, especially if I can get the same room again.
The Hyatt Place was THE PLACE to go. From the moment we entered the Hotel, we saw friendly faces at the reception. Room was huge, did not expect this at all. Breakfast was fine, just enough to kick your day with a nice meal. Transportation to / from the hotel was extremely easy. i would recommend this to anyone.
Excellent customer service!
A little messy during breakfast
Great location and excellent service from the front desk. That being said, we had to request housekeeping after our third night when our room was skipped despite having no tag on the door. Our body wash container in the shower was empty the entire stay. Upon leaving, we discovered an unknown guest charged food and alcohol to our room. The charge was promptly removed but it was alarming to discover this happened. Lastly, we purchased a high floor room but were placed on the fourth floor beside the elevator. The room was very noisy at night and I was woken several times due to room location.

Great and convenient location to Universal Studios, shuttle services available on way in / back was a bit tricky as it rained that day and we needed to return sooner than expected shuttle time.
Return shuttle service back to the hotel is not flexible.
We had two rooms, staff helped making sure we were next to each other. Rooms were nice and big. Loved that they had a shuttle to universal awesome perk.
Staff is wonderful Dawneth went above and beyond to help us at check in and beyond, remembered our anniversary and introduced us to other employees and told them about our anniversary! She is a true gem!! Thank you Dawneth for making us feel special
