Please note that the shuttle bus is available from 06:00 to 10:30 and 17:30 to 22:30 from the Hotel and from the Airport from 06:15 to 10:45 and 17:45 to 22:45. It operates between Terminal 1, Hall B at arrivals and the hotel once an hour. The shuttle bus cannot be booked in advance and has a maximum capacity of 8 people. The transfer from the airport to the hotel is free. The transfer from the hotel to the airport costs EUR 5 per person. For NH Platinum guests, shuttle service for both ways is free of charge.

Please note that dogs and cats are allowed upon request and subject to approval.

Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 25 kg or less.

Immer wieder nettes Hotel, wenn wir unsere Freunde in Raunheim besuchen. Wir hatten immer ohne Frühstück gebucht, da wir bei unseren Freunden eingeladen waren. Allerdings hat es mir weniger gefallen, das wir für unsere süsse stubenreine Chihuahua 25 Euro zusätzlich bezahlen mussten. Wegen der zusätzlichen Reinigungsaufwand(ich wiederhole, sie ist stubenrein) hat es geheissen. Bei den meisten anderen Hotels hat sie nichts, manchmal 5 Euro bis höchstenfalls 10 Euro "Reinigungsaufwand" gekostet.Ich respektiere Hausregeln, ich hätte es nur gerne vorher informiert gekriegt haben wollen. Nichtsdesto Trotz, es ist eine saubere und bequeme Übernachtungsmöglichkeit

Worst shuttle bus hotel

Shuttle bus driver 22 JUL 17:30 from FRA airport to NH
West left me alone at a bus stop.
He never got out of a bus ,never announced “NH west ”or showed its name on a paper to me. I was kept 30 min more .
When he came again a bus stop and picked me up,
laughed aloud never apologized.

5 jaar geleden was dit een prima hotel, NH heeft kennelijk niets of weinig aan onderhoud gedaan

Excellent value for money, they got us what we needed.
Pros:

I enjoyed the stay and breakfast. I thought that was a good deal. We were close to restaurants so I didn’t mind not eating at the restaurant. Drinks at the front of course were pricey but it was worth the convenience.

Cons:

We didn’t have a fridge. That was the only problem

Pros:

Grosse Zimmer,. Klimaanlage gut. Fenster kann man öffnen. Bushaltestelle (72) vor der Tür Richtung Flughafen. Supermarkt auch. MItarbeiter SEHR freundlich, machen vieles wieder gut.

Cons:

Abends nur ein Angestellter im Dienst. Der war äußerst nett und bemüht aber der Ärmste kann nicht alles machen. Wenn man noch was braucht muss man am besten selbst zur Rezeption gehen. Bei mir waren die Batterien für die Fernbedienung leer. Das Telefon war auch tot. Habe über das Handy die Rezeption angerufen, keiner ging ran. Die Box mit Kosmetiktüchern kam mir direkt entgegen und der Duschkopf war defekt und sprühte in alle Richtungen. Ich kenne das Hotel schon lange aber momentan hat es den Anschein, nicht besonders gepflegt zu werden.

Zeer tevreden over het verblijf in dit hotel.

De klantgerichtheid van de medewerkers is top.

Cons:

Op de foto's in GOOGLE stond nog een zwembad. We hebben niet verder gelezen om te weten dat het zwembad er niet meer is. Het zwembad was wel 1 van de redenen waarom we het hebben geboekt. We begrepen dat de foto op GOOGLE van het zwembad ooit door een gast is ge-upload en dat het hotel deze foto niet kan verwijderen.

朝食はドイツらしく、たくさんの種類のパンやチーズ、サラミと豊富です。ヨーグルトも新鮮なものがボウルに入っていて楽しむことができました。

Goed gelegen als doorreis hotel. Mooie receptie en bar. Nette kamers.

Cons:

Kamers verouderd. Airconditioning is oud en maakt lawaai, ramen open laten is geen optie door het lawaai buiten.
