Pros:

Man hat sich wohl gefühlt. Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich. Rezeptionist sehr kinderfreundlich. Alles in Allem- einfach gut. Kommt hin und genießt.

WE WENT CRAZY WITH THIS HOTEL! THE PHOTOS DON'T DO IT JUSTICE!!!! IT EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS!

ALTHOUGH OUR PHILOSOPHY IS TO TRAVEL EVERY TIME TO A DIFFERENT PLACE TO DISCOVER NEW PLACES, DESPITE ALL OF THIS, I WANT TO GO BACK THERE, JUST TO STAY 2 - 3 DAYS IN THIS HOTEL WHERE THE SOUL GETS PEACEFUL.
IT IS LOCATED IN A FOREST. THE SURROUNDING AREA IS MAGICAL. TREES, BIRDSONG, FOREST SMELLS..... THEY HAVE VERY CAREFULLY TAKEN CARE OF BOTH THE INTERIOR AND OUTDOOR AREAS OF THE HOTEL. IT ALSO HAS A FANTASTIC PLAYGROUND.
UNFORTUNATELY, WE DIDNT HAVE THE TIME TO DISCOVER AND ENJOY THE FACILITIES, SINCE WE ARRIVED VERY LATE AT NIGHT AND CHECKED OUT THE NEXT MORNING.
THE ROOM WAS AMAZING. HUGE, IT HAD FIRST A RECEPTION HALL AND THEN THE MAIN ROOM. A HUGE WONDERFUL BED WITH DREAMY MATTRESSES AND PILLOWS, WITH VERY SOFT SMELLS OF FRESHNESS AND CLEANLINESS. I FELT LIKE I WAS LYING ON THE CLOUDS. THE BATHROOM WAS AMAZING TOO. VERY SPACY, WITH ALL THE NESESSITIES. THE SOAPS AND SHAMPOOS SMELLED LIKE HEAVEN
BONUS, THE FREE HUGE PARKING AREA FREE OF CHARGE !!!!!!

Pros:

Die angenehme Klimatisierung des Hotels, das moderne, neue Bad, der sehr schöne Pool und die sehr ansprechend dekorierte Lobby haben uns sehr gefallen. Außerdem ist die Lage des Hotels im Stadtwald sehr schön.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück hätten wir für den Preis mehr Auswahl, Frische und regionale Produkte erwartet.
Die Ausgestaltung der Zimmer ( keine Bilder, sehr dunkles Ambiente) könnte gemütlicher und einladender sein

Excelente hotel, en medio del bosque, con juegos para niños y piscina techada. Muy cómodo. Rico desayuno. Cerca de Playmobil Park.

Hotel zag er op het eerste gezicht netjes uit
Alleen als je een kamer ook de bovenverdieping heb moet je eerst een trap op en je koffer sjouwen
Werd niet aangeboden om hem te brengen dit heb ook niet in de beschrijving gelezen om eerst een trap op te moeten en dan vervolgens op de eerste verdieping de lift te kunnen nemen
Bij inchecken werd er gevraagd of we in het restaurant wilde eten dit moest gelijk geserveerd worden vonden we geen probleem
We hadden gevraagd omdat er heel veel mensen buiten rookte dat er ook een no smoking was GEEN PROBLEEM
werd er gezegd
Bij het restaurant aangekomen hadden we het aangegeven dat vanwege me astma no smoking
Binnen was alles leeg maar daar werd geen eten geserveerd alleen op het terras
Bij het onbeschofte af door twee personeelsleden wimpelde ons af af dat we buiten kon zitten waar veel gerookt werd
Me partner ging hier niet mee akkoord beide personeels leden zeiden doodleuk dan is alles vol!!
Zonder blikken of blozen hielden ze dit vol
Vergeleken bij de andere personeelsleden zagen ze er erg onverzorgd uit
Dus we hadden uitgelegd dat dit is besproken bij de receptie en dat we hadden gereserveerd
Een heel lief klein vrouwtje die ook in de bediening werkte deed heel veel moeite voor ons en besprak met diegene die alsmaar nee bleef zeggen dat we ook binnen konden zitten
Het was haar gelukt!!
Maar op de manier hoe het ging vond ik totaal niet gehoord
