Ausreichend für einen Kurzaufenthalt.
Pros:

Recht zentrale Lage. Zimmergrösse in Ordnung.

Cons:

+ Direkte Sicht auf den Fernsehturm (wir waren im 6. Stock)
+ sehr bequemes Bett

+ gut isolierte Zimmer

— Abstand zwischen Bett und Schreibtisch ist eng
— Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert bzw. es gibt keine Anleitung: nach wenigen Minuten hat sich die Klimaanlage ausgeschaltet

Die Lage ist super.

Cons:

War diesmal im 2.Stock… über dem Frühstücksraum.
Bei geöffnetem Fenster war es laut .
Einige Raucher auch frühmorgens , Rauch zieht dann extrem ins Zimmer.

Pros:

Ich habe selten so ein schmutziges Zimmer vorgefunden. Das Bett an sich war sauber, aber der Boden oder die Dusche war eine Katastrophe. Das Wasser lief überhaupt nicht ab. Dann habe ich den Deckel vom Abfluss abgenommen und darunter war der blanke Horror.

Pros:

Wygodnie, możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania bez opłat i poczęstunek urodzinowy dla męża czekający w pokoju. Szybka i sprawna obsługa.

Cons:

Nie dostaliśmy informacji od personelu, że sprzątanie pokoju jest możliwe dopiero po zgłoszeniu takiej chęci, więc po całym dniu zwiedzania zastaliśmy niesprzątnięty pokój bez świeżych ręczników.

schönes, modernes Hotel mit einer zentralen Lage!
Pros:

Was wir sehr an dem Hotel geschätzt haben war die anliegende Parkgarage, da wir mit dem Auto angereist sind. Des Weiteren wurden wir sehr freundlich an der Rezeption empfangen. Das Zimmer ließ für uns keine Wünsche offen: schöner Ausblick auf den Fernsehturm, ruhige Lage, sauber, super Wasserdruck in der Dusche, angenehmes Bett (nicht zu weich, aber auch nicht zu hart). Die Einrichtung des Zimmers ist etwas schlicht gehalten, das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört.

Cons:

Es gab nichts, was wir zu bemängeln hätten.

Prix trop élevé pour les services proposés
Pros:

J’ai passé 5 nuits au NH AlexanderPlatz au mois de Septembre 2026.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et calmes.
L’aménagement et la propreté irréprochables.

Cons:

En revanche, le service proposé ne suit pas et on est loin du niveau attendu pour un hotel qui s’accorde 4 étoiles.

À savoir :

- malgré le nom, nous sommes à 25 minutes à pied de AlexanderPlatz et malheureusement le quartier est essentiellement résidentiel avec le strict minimum de commerces et de lieux de restauration.
- le petit déjeuner en supplément est à 21 euros et est proposé jusqu’à 10h en semaine mais sachez qu’à partir de 9h15 le personnel ne semble plus trouver nécessaire de ré assortir les différents étals ( surtout les plats chauds ).
- A l’arrivée, on vous explique que le ménage est fait dans les chambres à la demande. Mais la communication semble avoir du mal à transiter entre la réception et les étages. Un jour, j’ai dû renouveler 3 fois ma demande à la réception avant de m’adresser directement au personnel de l’étage.
- Le hamam et le Sauna etaient HS
- La salle de sport ridiculement petite
- 1 ascenseur sur 2 ne fonctionne quasiment jamais ( attentes interminables )

Vous l’aurez compris, le service est loin des attentes que j’espérais sous la marque NH qui, dans d’autres destinations, m’avait donné pleine satisfaction.
