A wonderful friendly, independent hotel that offers fabulous value for money
Pros:

The whole stay here was fabulous, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, great breakfast and wonderful easy parking at the hotel. It is in the heart of Headingley so great for accessing the local shops, cricket ground as well as city. Highly recommend for staying in Leeds

A lovely characterful hotel with a fantastic breakfast, but the room cleaning and shower need some attention — ghost opt

The bed was clean and comfortable, there were good-quality clean towels and the breakfast was excellent. I really enjoyed breakfast and the staff were pleasant. The hotel itself is a lovely characterful building

Cons:

The room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. There was dust on the cups, cobwebs behind the bedside furniture and I found a random tablet on the floor, which I left where it was as I had no idea what it was. The shower also needs attention as the water pressure was very poor and it was difficult to get properly warm water. Oh, and there was a ghost although admittedly I’m not sure what the hotel can reasonably be expected to do about that one 😂

Another great stay
Pros:

We have stayed here on a few occasions and never fails to give us a great stay. Staff are great, rooms are very clean and comfortable. Lovely buffet breakfast. The hotel is in a fantastic location with free onsite parking. Highly recommended.

Cosy hotel very close to Headingley stadium.
Pros:

This place is very cosy. Has very comfortable beds and is very quiet. If going to the rugby this place is very close.
Staff are friendly and good variety at breakfast.
Family run business which is even better 😊
