Really miserable and all could have been resolved but it wasn't.
Cons:

When I arrived, elevator was broken so I couldnt take my suitcase up to unpack after a long journey. Eventually my bag came up. The next morning, a big active leak into my bedorom bed. I have video.
Staff did not apologise and did not offer to help me move to next room. Said I'd need to chase up any help or refund myself. Called and they offered me the penthouse. I moved and then penthouse was next to very loud restaurant bar so I couldn't sleep. Broken toilet seat. I wrote to them no answer. I have vdieos and photos of all the above.

Perfect stay for one night only, I would like to be right on the beach but great for a night.
Pros:

For the price you could not beat it. Very nice clean rooms, the roogtop bar and pool have lovely views, check in was easy and the staff are great. Nice easy walk to Puerto Morelos town square and the beach.

Cons:

I never got warm water from the shower , it was between old and lukewarm at best. While it super hot and that was refreshing, you should have the option about how warm the shower should be also. Also, while the toilet worked , it was really slow to flush.

Moderno hotel a dos calles de la playa
Pros:

La habitación era espaciosa, contaba con un pequeño mueble con baldas, perchas y nevera. El personal muy amable.

Cons:

El ascensor se averió y la piscina esta en la azotea, con lo cual nos tocó subir unos cuantos pisos. Pero confiamos en que lo arreglarán.
El hotel está ubicado detrás de un bar que tiene musica en directo, y se oye todo desde la habitación. Aún así, pudimos dormir profundamente.

Très bien situé pour une courte étape à Puerto Morelos
Pros:

Très bon emplacement, idéal pour découvrir Puerto Morelos à pied.
L’hôtel est agréable et la piscine sur le toit offre une très jolie vue.
Pour nous qui cherchions surtout un hôtel pour une nuit, après notre arrivée au Mexique, c’était une étape pratique et bien située.

Cons:

Quelques déceptions malgré tout.
Chambre peu lumineuse avec une vue sans intérêt. Les deux « grands lits » sont assez petits pour deux personnes. La piscine était encore en nettoyage à l’heure d’ouverture, donc impossible d’en profiter avant notre départ. Enfin, beaucoup de bruit le soir à cause d’un concert dans la rue voisine, même avec des bouchons d’oreilles.
