Great location. Close to the beach and restaurants.
Location was great, close to bars and restaurants and also the beach.
The bar behind the hotel had very loud music which you could hear from your hotel room.
Hotel très bien placé et confortable. La piscine sur le toit est un vrai plus. Vue magnifique depuis la terrasse et la piscine sur la barre de corail. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Ubytování v centra Puertos Morelos. Plaz, obchody, restaurace byli blízko. Jotel měl krásný výhled ze střešního baru a bazénu. Pokoje, respektive vybavení a nábytek má svou největší slávu již za sebou, chtělo by to refresh !! Na fotkách vše poněkud klame. Na pokoji nefungovala klimatizace. Nebyl problém pokoj vyměnit. Nicméně klimatizace nefungovala ani v druhém pokoji, nakonec ve třetím byla klimatizace ok. Personál velmi vstřícný.
Nefunkční klimatizace. Pokoje zařízené v hezkém jednoduchém moderním stylu, ale již vše opotřebované. Zdi taktéž, semtam špinavé. Chtělo by to znatelný refresh.

Auch wenn es in der Lobby immerhin Kaffee und kleinere Snacks gibt, wäre eine richtige Frühstücksmöglichkeit ein nettes Extra.
Hotel location excellent but live music in back of hotel every night was pretty loud.
Hotel staff not very attentive always on the computer or their cell phone.
It was incredibly noisy at night. The walls are paper thin and it felt like I was at the nearby bar. Terrible experience.

La atención es muy cordial y amable, el lugar es limpio y cómodo, está cerca de los puntos turísticos, recomendable!!
Friendly and welcoming staff. Very modern and comfortable room. Rooftop pool is very cool. Free coffee and breakfast pastries in the lobby if you're into that sort of thing.
The room has almost no sound proofing. You can hear everything outside and in the hall very loudly.
