Holiday Inn stay was extremely satisfactor.
Pros:

Didn't get breakfast as we had a 5:30 a.m. hot air balloon call. Desk attendant Jordan was very helpful to us as we found nearby restaurant to get something for our evening meal. He was helpful in answering all our questions and provided us with needed condiments. He was professional and courteous in all transactions with us. (We went in and out the front door several times.) Jordan was great.

Cons:

Nothing to mention here. The hotel met expectations and had no unpleasant surprises.

My stay was ok nothing to write home about.
Pros:

The Bed was comfortable and the ac was just right and the breakfast was good

Cons:

mold on the bathroom ceiling, soap in the conditioner dispenser . Front desk staff was not friendly.

Cons:

The room and sheets smelled. The toilet was not flushing correctly. There were no towels in the room. This was one of the worst experiences we have ever had. We didn’t stay, we ended up leaving after 45 minutes of checking in.
