De openbare ruimtes en de spa.
De kamer, 'nieuwe' kamer best klein en snikheet! Geen airconditioning, klein raampje open en een ventilator. Niet om over naar huis te schrijven.
Good breakfast , staff excellent, location spot on , sadly our rooms were on the road and were very hot , but was an exceptionally hot day , but will certainly return if I can book different rooms

Echt authentiek Engels hotel. Als in de film. Behulpzaam personeel. Heerlijk.
Het was extreem warm tijdens ons verblijf. Gelukkig was er een ventilator geplaatst op onze kamer. Airco zou fijn geweest zijn (maar minder authentiek!!)
The hotel is in a perfect location for historic central Midhurst and is only a short bus ride away from the South Downs Way. As such, it was a very luxurious stopover for us as we walked the path. The staff are very courteous and the facilities are very nice. A portable air conditioning unit had been installed in our room which was much appreciated during the heat wave. The room was very quiet and comfortable and the breakfast was very good.
Generally it was all very good. The only improvement I can think of would be to install a heated mirror in the bathroom to avoid it steaming up after every shower.
The breakfast was superb but the choice of the dinner menu could be improved

It’s in a beautiful location, is steeped in history and had good facilities.
It was very hot for sleeping and noisy if you had the windows open.

Absolutely love this hotel - have been numerous times and it’s always such a lovely, relaxed experience. The spa is lovely the conservatory and the lounge bar are delightful areas to sit and relax and have a drink and I really enjoy walking around the surrounding village.
