Bed sheet stained, in fairness I didn’t bring it to their attention assuming housekeeping would notice and change it when they made up my room. They could not have missed it, yet they made the bed up leaving the stained sheet.
We had a wonderful 2 night Birthday stay! My sister had organised some flowers upon arrival,they were beautiful. Our room was lovely! The bed was very comfortable and the fan in the room as well needed as it was very hot that weekend. Breakfast was excellent also.

I was initially given a check in time that was extended to 3:00pm and I was finally able to occupy my room at 3:30pm. I was offered a free drink at the bar which was some consolation. However, the room was incredibly warm and stuffy with no ventilation as the windows didn't open. I had to get up twice in the night to open the door and let air into the room. I normally wouldn't comment on such things, but the price I paid was quite a lot of money. A bit disappointing.
