Enjoyable stay except for the very hot room. Hotel is in a great location & would stay again.
Pros:

breakfast was good, i enjoyed the Chefs special. room was clean, bed comfortable.

Cons:

Room 9 was very warm, so warm it was impossible to sleep even with two fans!!! could only use one of the fans as one sounded like a jet engine!!

Very comfortable hotel and great location at the start of the Cotswolds Way. Very clean and well organised.

Cons:

Two of the more senior staff at breakfast we most unwelcoming and rude, not very nice to experience or what you expect to experience in this establishment or anywhere. It needs to be addressed!

Poor service
Pros:

Poor service and mediocre roast dinner, waited 15 minutes to be asked for a drink and no offer of a wine list. Wouldn't have minded too much if it was busy but it wasn't.
