Lovely hotel in the Cotswolds
Pros:

I loved everything about it. It is a very charming place, with nice staff, clean rooms, and an exquisite breakfast!

It was OK but only just….
Pros:

Geographical location, the room was clean, warm & tidy.

Cons:

Lack of car parking space, room 29 was very noisy both from the road & from people walking passed the room, customers & locals alike from early morning until early hours of the morning.

Beautiful rooms, excellent service.
Pros:

Beautifully decorated room, quiet location. Breakfast was wonderful and they offered a packed lunch ready early for my walk.

Cons:

I experienced a flood in my room due to plumbing. This could not be helped and the staff were attentive and organised an alternative room across at the sister hotel. The original room was definitely nicer but I was grateful they were able to accommodate me.

Pros:

My husband hurt his leg as we walked the Cotswolds Way. Staff in the bar were so helpful with getting ice and providing a chair when the bar was quite busy! The food, service and room were fantastic.

Perfect for its location but needs some Tlc
Pros:

Central location full of older world charm

Cons:

Really squeaky floorboards in the corridor, so passing guests kept us awake as they walked to their rooms.
Thin wall between us and the next room.
The shower was really hard to turn on/off and then dripped continuously.
The green light flashing on the ceiling from the emergency system was annoying.

.Central location. Breakfast was fulsome.

Cons:

We had a room facing inner courtyard and were inundated by a very noisy crowd on the patio below. At our request we were moved to a vacant room at the front of the hotel. It had street noise but was far superior to the first room.

The food was disappointing. A prawn curry contained several stringy items in the sauce making it very unpleasant to eat.
