One of the best hotels I've been to for all the right reasons
Pros:

The beds were really comfy. You have everything you need in your room And 1 girl in particular was amazing with my little girl

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike.
I think maybe if someone is there with a small child a bit of help with food to the table at breakfast would be well received but that's just an added bonus if it would happen

Relaxing and Tranquil
Pros:

Stayed for 3 nights whilst on a business trip. Great setting with leisure complex and a par 3 golf course.
Rooms are good, staff very attentive and would stay again

Overnight stay for business
Pros:

Great hotel and a lovely place to stay. I would have given 5 stars if it was not for the hair that was left in the shower as it was not propoerly cleaned. The staff were great especially in the morning and the breakfast was amazing. I would say probably the best I have had I should have had more, but I need to watch my waistline. I would recommend a visit here if you happen to be down this way.

Pros:

Lovely food, both the evening meal and breakfast in the Oak room were very good.
Good size room and bathroom .
Comfy pillows
Nice location.

Cons:

The swimming pool area needs updating and a good clean.
The room generally could have been cleaner. There were 3 of us , 2 adults and a child, however only towels and mugs for 2.
Service in the restaurant in the evening was disappointing given the standard of hotel
Ordered wine ,had to ask for a wine bucket. Requested water with ice , given water in a pint glass. All other tables were given a jug of iced water.

Overnight stay to meet friends for a meal in Knowle
Pros:

The choice at breakfast is very good. Plant milks were available on request and coffee was lovely. The staff serving breakfast were friendly.

The location and grounds are beautiful.

Cons:

The hotel in general is in need of TLC. The draws in room had broken handles and the luggage rack was broken. The swimming pool needs renovation as there was flaking paint on the columns. The changing room was very small with showers which have a large step up not suitable for clients with disabilities.

The receptionist was not friendly and gave us no details about time of breakfast or where it is served. Literally handed us the room key cards with no welcoming information.

Pros:

The breakfast was amazing!
Staff were lovely and the facilities (swimming pool, steam room and jacuzzi) were superb.
We were there on a weekday so had the pool almost completely to ourselves.
