This was the worst experience of my life, and I am requesting a full refund.
The room was extremely dirty and had a terrible, unpleasant smell. The floors had clearly not been cleaned, the shower appeared to have years of built-up dirt and grime, the walls were stained with what looked like liquid spills, and everything was extremely old, worn out, and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, I even found hair on the bed.
Unfortunately, I arrived very late at night with my 82-year-old mother and had no other option but to stay there. Thank goodness I always travel with my own towels and bed sheets; otherwise, I honestly do not know what we would have done.
I contacted your website immediately to report the situation, but I received no response whatsoever.
This hotel was completely unacceptable, and I would never recommend it to anyone. I am equally disappointed with your website for recommending accommodations of such poor quality.
I expect a prompt response and a **full refund** for this unacceptable experience. No customer should have to pay for a room in these conditions.
I look forward to your response and confirmation that my refund will be processed.

Cons:

I disliked everything about the room. It was extremely dirty, had a terrible smell, unclean floors, a shower covered in years of grime, stained walls, old and worn-out furnishings, and hair on the bed. The room was clearly not properly cleaned or maintained.

La pesadilla del año en el peor hotel

El mal olor del cuarto,parece q tenian un perro y el cuarto apestaba a curry la bañadera sucia llena d moho,las lamparas llenas de sarro viejas el piso todo despegado. El peor hotel q he visitado en mi vida. Y el desayuno q digan café nada mas nunca vi una banana o manzana.
