Service was excellent
They went way above and beyond to help our family in an emergency situation! My brother went into the ER with chest pains, having to have a stent leaving him in the hospitsl for several days. Bring from out of town on a job, not knowing anyone. Having his precious dog buddy back at the hotel. They took buddy under the wing and took amazing care of him until he was able to get back to him. We can’t thank them enough! This place is a Home away from home!
Although I didn’t stay at this hotel, my son did. He was only in the area a week and was staying at Extended stay Bellvue factoria. He had a heart attack at work, sent to hospital, his small dog left in the hotel. I cannot express enough appreciation for the staff at this hotel, walked Buddy, made sure he had food and water and took such good care of him. There is kindness in this world, All of his family is over 1500 miles away and felt so helpless until the staff at this hotel went above what could be expected. Thank you so much.
I had a small heart attack recently and needed a stent, which really threw me off balance. I was in town with my little dog, and the episode happened at work. By 8 in the morning, the doctor told me I couldn’t go home. So, we started calling around to find someone to look after Buddy. When I reached out to the Extended Stay in Bellevue/Factoria, Mario, who was the night auditor, said yes—he would check on Buddy, feed him, and make sure he was okay while I recovered. My daughter and mom kept up with Buddy’s progress and saw how well he was cared for. Mario truly went above and beyond. Everyone pitched in, and I’m so thankful. It’s not just a pet-friendly place—they really put care into action. I highly recommend staying here—whether you have a pet or not, you’ll be treated with real kindness.

Watched a man that was the cleaning person walking to a room while I was on a phone call in the car for 45 minutes. That man did not come out of the room. I left at an hour on the phone and that man had not come out of that room and the sad part about it is upon arriving in my room I found Christmas ornaments under just barely under the bed. I found Halloween candy wrappers and my 1-year-old daughter found a snus packet like a tobacco-less nicotine pouch you put in your couch of your jaw that she had found somewhere in the room. Busted open and eating it I just have a feeling the man that clears the bridge will clean the room I was in when I say the items were just barely under the bed, I mean my foot went under the bed while walking and it touched candy wrappers and Christmas ornaments as well as some plugins wouldn't work other than that it was okay.

People doing drugs outside, homeless sleeping outside room. Cob webs in room-multiple places, room door kept getting stuck closed. Laundry facilities- only one washer working (no sign).
Laundry room was out of service. My toilet was not properly working.
