Dirty . Stinky needs reevaluate
Pros:

I didn’t I felt so itchy no one came up to the front because they are working the hell out of the staff , the fact that my guest had to show his ID as well as I did pissed me off. Because I had to wait hours upon hours

Cons:

The roaches the smell the upholstery not being clean the Floors were sticky it wasn’t the best experience

Pros:

Un hotel abandonado completamente. No tiene para nada limpieza. Malos olores. No tiene aire. No me pudieron cambiar la habitación donde quedaron el darme mi rembolso y estoy a la espera. No recomiendo para nada que nadie se hospeda. Le pediré al gobierno de la zona que los inspeccione y les quiten la licencia hasta que no tengas condiciones adecuadas.

your can paint and replace the refrigerator.
Pros:

The facilities look very dirty, the refrigerator looks rusty or very old, and the room looks very old and unpainted. It lacks maintenance and looks very run-down. The location is good, very central to everything, but the facilities are in very poor condition. It also needs pest control.

Cons:

The place is very nice, but it looks very old and smells terrible. I can pay a little more for something better.

I arrived to the hotel for after hour check in and nobody was there even after use the after hours phone to call nobody pick up and so I left and still try to charge my car the next day.

The location is awesome and quiet, and the front desk staff are great! As far as the room size great! Wifi and cable services awesome!

Cons:

WALKING IN THE ROOM HAD A BAD SMELL! KITCHEN burners for the stove were rusted.. The room has not been cleaned thoroughly. Roaches!!! (Comingout ac and kitchen vents). Mold on ac units. Pulled sheets back on day to leave, and my child and I had been sleeping on top of filthy mattress cover. The fridge was spray painted back white with rust showing through. The bathroom had black stuff and a black spot in the tub where the paint was worn down. Shower curtain filthy black edges and cigarette burn hole. I had to gobto dollar tree and purchase mop,broom, and cleaning supplies along with spray for roaches. They can't/do not give that to you, and the stinch of the room was horrible. I had nowhere else to go with my special needs child. I had no o t her option but to stay. I was over 700 miles away from Louisiana and had very important business to take care of in Tampa/Brandon Florida area. Very disappointed 😞

Disappointed! Will look for better accommodations next time.
Pros:

Location was near to mall and eateries. Room was spacious. TV had plenty of channels. Microwave oven and fridge were useful.

Cons:

General areas of the property was not clean. Bottles, papers, and other items were on the corners near the stairwell. The lounge was quite small and had no chairs or sofa. No elevator to the second floor where our room was. Stand lamp shade in room was broken. There was no soap or towels in the bathroom. Found stain on bedsheet. There was an angry altercation between staff and one guest in the lounge. In general, very poorly maintained hotel.
