Cons:

Room smelled like weed and cigarettes in a non smoking room and they changed our room from a queen room to a handicap room without telling me until I got there to check in.

Until it’s remodeled I would never book again
Pros:

The parking lot was clean.

Cons:

The cleanliness of my room was an absolute disaster. I was booked for 2 nights but I ended up booking with another hotel i could NOT have my children and myself sleep under those conditions. The carpet looked and smelled soo bad…the bed have someone’s else hair all over the sheets…the bathroom….the tub…everything was just eeew….The staff did come clean again but the entire facility needs to be torn down and revamped. Until then I won’t ever stay at the extended stay-sorry.

Cons:

The non smoking room smelled of smoke. The floors were filthy. There were no cutlery or utensils in the kitchen, not even a cup.

Pros:

I like the people staying were friendly and that you could bring you ESA pet.

Cons:

That they charge for you ESA pets, linen and towels, to clean the room. The rooms are only cleaned every 14 days. If I didn't bring my own cleaning supplies. The place needs an update. The extended stay in California are better in all areas.
