Extremely dissappointed in the quality of the room.
Pros:

No breakfast here as far as I know.

Cons:

The Kitchen and bathroom cabinets are delaminating. Some of the laminate counter tops are also delaminating. The side panels above the kitchen countertops are peeling off. There were no drain covers on either the bathroom sink or tub/ shower unit. The bathroom vanity top and sink is absolutely worn out. The refrigerator is dented severely.
I had to wedge a piece of folded up paper, in between the edge of the exterior door, and the door jamb the keep it closed to keep out the cold air. It was an eye-opening stay, as I didn't sleep very well there. I would appreciate some compensation.

Pretty good!

Disappointing. I don’t know how it was rated 3 star!

It was clean. Bed comfortable

Cons:

The desk person was grumpy. There was absolutely nothing in the room. Not even a tissue or a waste basket. The bathroom sink had no stopper. In general a very run down place. I would not return! Other Extrnded Stays have been much better.

Tried to stay, didn’t stay. Awful experience.
Cons:

I checked in late and the night person on duty refused to check me in even though I’d already paid. I had to look for another hotel at 1am.

I would not stay again. No hot water for showering? No pots, no plates or bowls or silverware?
Pros:

Desiree was a doll and was very helpful in letting me transfer rooms from being next to a room with a barking dog to another room.

Cons:

No hot water for showering. That is an absolute failure and should never be an issue. Who does lukewarm water showers?

Cons:

Everything was terrible. I had requested two adjoining rooms for 5 people, and they didn't have any. I asked for two regular rooms and they refused to rent them to me because I only had one ID. They suggested I cancel and I did, but they didn't refund my money.
