The property was sold out upon arrival had to find an alternative at 1am after spending almost $100 in Ubers just to get to the location

Once I got to my room
It was basic but fine. But the hotel overall seemed to be setup for a much rougher crowd than I am used to. There was very little hospitality and the entry had a large security video visible to everyone. The entryway smelled heavily like smoke. My room was the most utilitarian and basic hotel room I have stayed in but it was clean and worked.
The free breakfast was the most minimal breakfast that could possibly be counted at breakfast and there was nowhere to sit to eat. It was coffee and hot water, outmeal packets and granola bars and packaged muffins.

Hôtel bruyant, avec une odeur désagréable dans les couloirs. Le personnel n’est pas méchant. Mais l’état de la chambre est très critique, même pour le prix.
Les serviettes, les draps etc… ne sont pas changés pendant votre séjour. J’ai passé 5 nuits très compliquées…

The door to the room didnt shut even with my whole weight and legs it refused. The bathroom sink didnt work and was broken. The rokn was dirty, there was what looked like fecal matter on the wall and male specimen on the floor of the bathroom. I reported it to the front desk and they stated that they are undergoing renovations, yet clearly thos is a housekeeping and maintenance issue.

VERY dirty. Under my tv had never been cleaned before there were wrapped and dirt. I felt so dirty staying here.
Absolutely nothing.
Everything. There was no one at the reception desk when we arrived, no one answered the phone that was on the wall next to the desk that had a sign that said to call if assistance was needed. We waited for 15 minutes before someone came, and it was discovered that the phone didn’t work correctly. Doesn’t make up for the fact the reception desk was empty when we got there. We got to the room, and none of the amenities listed on the website were in the room. No coffee maker, no hair dryer and the phone didn’t work. There was supposed to be kitchen supplies but there wasn’t anything at all. I’m surprised we had a bar of soap.
The place looked like it was being used for the homeless, who have been cleaning them out of everything and nothings being replaced. Pillows were awful. I would sleep in my car before I stayed there again.
Found out the WiFi was spotty and couldn’t stay connected. We were charged for the premium WiFi which didn’t work. When we complained we were told that we had to pay for it regardless. Tried talking to the manager but she refused to speak with us, we got Booking.com involved and the manager wouldn’t speak with them either. Very poor customer service and absolutely no follow through
Location was good. Parking was easy. Hotel was easy to get in and out.
No Desk in the room. I am a business VP, I assumed I would have a place to do my work.
The shower was extremely nasty. Mold on shower curtain and long hairs in tub not mine.
Just one little tiny bottle of shampoo in bathroom. nothing else
