Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. An additional charge of USD 10 per hour applies for early check-in between 07:00 and 12:00. Early check-in between 12:00 and 15:00 may be complimentary, subject to availability.
Any damage to linens, including pillows, bedsheets, duvets, or towels, caused by guests will incur a charge ranging from USD 15 to USD 40, depending on the item.
Smoking: Smoking within the property will incur a penalty of USD 250. A designated smoking area is available.
For stays of fewer than 7 days, a one‑time housekeeping fee of USD 10 may apply and is payable at the property.
A refundable security deposit is required at the time of check-in. For stays of up to 7 days, a deposit of USD 50 will be collected, while stays exceeding 7 days will require a deposit of USD 100. The full deposit amount will be refunded upon checkout.
The property's reception opening hours are from 09:00 to 22:00 on weekdays from Monday to Friday and from 10:00 to 22:00 on weekends, Saturday and Sunday. This property does not operate a 24‑hour front desk.

Little kitchen was nice
Checking in was difficult, to many separate charges seems like, place is ghetto
I reserved the hotel the night before my stay. I arrived at 2:00 PM to find out the hotel hasn't been accepting new reservations for over a week.
Nothing. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. I did not like nothing
The hotel canceled our reservation at the last minute. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk to help us, and the customer service was very poor. Even though the cancellation was not our fault, I was still charged a $70 fee. I do not think I should be charged for a cancellation made by the hotel. I would like the $70 refunded to me.
Staff stayed unpayed to inform guests that the cleaning shift had walked out since the manager hadn't payed them. Therefore rooms were not clean and not available.
Staff was exceptionally nice
We were able to book rooms even though the hotel was not in a state able to rent

Not much.
I registered at the front desk and when I went to my room, somebody was already occupying that room. They gave me a different room which had a funky smell. They called me and said they needed to transfer me into a different room which is now the third room. Chipped paint, the floors could’ve been cleaner, the towels had stains. Not impressed!
Great location close to lots of shops & restaurants. There was enough grass for pets. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. This hotel has lot of potential but needs some help.
There was lots of trash just left on the floor in the elevator & lobby. There was used soap & body lotion in my bathroom when I check in. The hotel had a pot smell in the hallways. There was no one manning the desk when I check in, in the afternoon, they were very short staffed.
