Decent but not amazing
Pros:

The location was easy to get to

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room’s carpet (it was not vacuumed) and chairs (they had a sticky food/liquid on them). In the breakfast, they had instant oats but no plates, so I had to use a coffee cup to eat.

Friendly staff & location was amazing

Cons:

Rooms need updating and they felt damp. The bathroom counter and shower both were stained and chipped. The smell from the clammy air was off putting. The breakfast was laughable, there are definitely more options for grab and go style breakfast that would easily make this amenity and actual amenity.

Older peaceful establishment.
Pros:

The location was close to downtown and it’s surrounded by gorgeous mature trees.

Cons:

We checked in after regular hours and had to be buzzed into the facilities. Once inside, you can tell the property is older and has been painted several times. Our room was clean but the carpet throughout needed to be shampooed.
