At the front desk, the employee asked me to pay so I could give him the confirmation number. I paid, but then he told me that he could not see the confirmation number in his system. At 4 AM, he sent me outside with nowhere to sleep. I am very unhappy that you did not do anything about this situation and did not refund my money. I simply had to sleep outside.

Pros:

Conditions were unlivable even for a night. Didn’t stay longer than an hour. Was asked for a refund and was told we were out of luck.
