Broken refrigerator, numerous cockroaches, and the interior is visible through the gap in the entrance door. The curtains do not provide full coverage; poor cleanliness and unclean bed sheets.

Horrendous.
Pros:

Conditions were unlivable even for a night. Didn’t stay longer than an hour. Was asked for a refund and was told we were out of luck.

My mission was achieved.
Pros:

Affordable price. One night only — so my experience was too limited to fully evaluate the hotel. I chose to stay here because I wanted to stop by Guitar Center at Fairfax Corner on my way to Charlottesville, VA, after flying into Dulles from McAllen, TX in the evening. Compared to other hotels near Guitar Center, this one was slightly more affordable at the time.

Cons:

Note that entrances are accessible only by turning right from both Monument Drive and Fair Lakes Parkway.
