It was ghetto. Run down. I was afraid to take my shoes off

Nothing. The property does not match the surrounding neighborhood. Its an eyesore

Cons:

The mold smell in the room. The rusting on the lamps, stove, bathroom knobs. The only clean thing was the refrigerator which looked new.

Absolutely awful!
Pros:

Only thing positive is that it’s walking distance to a gas station convenient store and a market, shopping center across the street.

Cons:

Rooms were filthy! Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Orange moldy shower curtain. Dirt scrapes and nicks throughout bathroom counters. Large amount of rust covering the surface of the stove and side of the refrigerator. A single sheet on the bed with an other thin sheet like comforter on top. Air conditioner don’t operate properly and would not do what the controls were set at.

Muy bueno y recomendado
Pros:

Realmente es un hotel que te brinda lo que necesitas. Es muy central a toda la zona de TCU y tiene facilidades de compras alrededor.
Que tenga acceso al río por ejemplo, da puntos extra porque te permite tener espacio de esparcimiento.
El personal del hotel es excelente, todos demasiado amables y educados

Decent place - close to restaurants. Remember there a few perks in the room since long term stay.
Pros:

I liked the set up of the room - very functional. Bed was comfortable. EXCELLENT, WARM and FRIENDLY customer service. I had a few questions and needs - all the staff were wonderful.

Cons:

Carpet felt dirty / sticky. Excited to see a bathtub - had a stopper but the pin in the spout would not release so only a shower was available. :( Was unhappy to see no coffee pot but the customer service person was very friendly and explained about coffee in the lobby. Trash overflowing out of the trash barrels - I saw almost all of them looking for my room. I had not expected it to be a long term hotel even tho that is clear in the the name! Arrived in the dark - so looked less friendly and close to things than it really was during the day!

We will not be using this hotel again and expect a full refund.
Pros:

There was a nice front desk worker named Justin.

Cons:

The room was unkept, dirty, not secured, and there were holes in the ceiling. My wife did not stay and was not comfortable to even get another room because of how dissatisfied she was and left the location in less than an hour.

I really just needed a place to sleep while visiting my father in the hospital.
Pros:

It was 2 miles from the hospital. I didn't care what the place looked like. I just needed to have a bed.

Pros:

Room and property were clean. Close to restaurants and walking distance to shops.

Cons:

There was a surprise additional $50 deposit once you arrive. Very loud early morning construction on property. No breakfast included even though advertised.
