Never again.
Pros:

The staff was cordial.

Cons:

The room was dirty and smell really bad. The cabinets were patched up poorly, the bathroom door was broken and had a hole in the bottom, the shower was slippery and we both almost fell. There was boxes of trash inside kitchen cabinets. The window had been left opened by the staff to air the room (due to the nasty smell). When the receptionist was approached due to the nasty smell, he said oh I’m sorry and gave us a tiny bottle of air freshener, but the smell was so bad that it stuck to our luggage and bags.

Rooms need to be cleaner. Price was great. Staff was amazing.
Pros:

Breakfast was awful. No real creamer or milk. Only small little muffins or oatmeal ( again no milk ) does not qualify to be considered breakfast. Not even any fruit was offered.

Cons:

The price was great!
The staff was completely wonderful. Everyone was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. They are a reason I would return.

The stay was okay.
Pros:

The room was a nice size and I like the idea of having a suite with kitchenette. If I stayed longer I would have used the facilities.

Cons:

The stairwells were dirty. The rooms were noisy. I switched from a second-floor room to a third-floor room immediately because of the noise above and I was only there two or three minutes. The third floor was slightly better because I could have the occupants on either side of me. Fortunately, I was only there for a night.

I was surprised that the kitchenette did not have any cleaning supplies or tools (pots, pans, plates, cups). The suites with a kitchenette where I have stayed usually proved them. But, of course, that was pre-Covid. Perhaps, things have changed.

Simple Breakfast
My fourth smell of cigarettes and mattress sinks.
On hand towels there were hairs.
Below the toilet had yellow spots, possibly of poop.

It’ll Do!
Pros:

As my friend described, the hotel is “aggressively adequate.” It’s as low frills as it gets but comfy enough and comes with a kitchenette.

Cons:

It’s a very “tired” facility. Def needs a refresh.

Absolutely the worst, do not stay here.
Pros:

The price was decent for a 2 bed room with kitchenette

Cons:

The hotel was very dirty, the staff was not attentive.
When I first arrived, they gave me a key to a room already in use (yes it opened their door!), in the new room, the microwave was gross and you have to ask for kitchen tools (which comes in a plastic bin), the free breakfast didn't have anything left, we had to ask them to make coffee and refill the pastries because they weren't paying attention. In the stairway there was a small bottle of wine.
We had originally booked a week at this hotel, and had to leave after one night because it was so gross.
