How they charge for support animals 25$ a day is outrageous at these locations what more can any dog do to something that already needs upgrades but I'm grateful for the price it's just inconvenient

The manager was unprofessional and difficult all over the fact I wanted to clean my room. Kept giving me push back and when I ask to be placed in another room. She then tells the staff I had to leave the property. I will NEVER spend money here again especially if she's still there

Room, has mini-kitchen, fridge, comfortable bed, TV (but I can’t can’t cast from my phone to the TV, which would be nice). Location is convenient. I often stay here & know most of the staff, very friendly and c accommodating. Also NO carpet in the rooms. I prefer that as I know the floors can be thoroughly cleaned!
Despite some “complaints” (more like notifications to the GM & staff) I’m generally quite pleased with this site. They make repairs and address such quickly.
I know they are in process of renovating some features. The room o stayed in was a handicap room, which normally I like. However there’s no way to hand up the moveable shower head. The shower didn’t leak all over the floor as badly as my previous stay in this room. And a previous “guest” had obviously done damage to the room, which clearly the property was in process of repairing, but had not completed. I know they’re doing their best & expect it will be restored soon. I would like the showerhead’s hose to hang on its ‘peg’. Other than that. I know they’re doing what they can to maintain the property.
Breakfast? They should put some plastic cups in the room. No cups, spoons etc
Place needs a little refreshing. Could be a jewel but then it would cost more.
Management was disrespectful about me wanting to clean my room. A paying customer who been here for about a month can't rebook because the manager had a problem about me wanting to clean my room, even when I offered to clean it myself! And the fact I can't be rebook behind that is bad customer service.
