Good staff but the overall room and laundry room needs more attention.

The price and the staff were also nice.

The cleanliness, quieter shower, more parking spaces. Found cock roaches in the shower upon arrival.

I had to sleep with ear plugs.

Water pressure and gated perimeter.

Cons:

Noise from other guests knocking on doors and yelling from parking lot below. Noise from I-40. Noise from other room's water pipes, noise from loud cars and motorcycles outside the gate. Lack of visible staff on premises. One employee on the desk. We had to wait to check in because he was working in the laundry.

The stay wasn
Pros:

The cost of the room made it a decent stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location wasn't a bad area and near points of interest like food and gas. It was also near the UNM campus which made travel to and from great.

Cons:

The tub didn't drain very well, and it was like taking a shower in a mini pool. The room was supposed to be smoke free but smelled heavily of smoke on arrival. The parking availability was a little difficult to park near our room.
