1.Unacceptable Parking Issues & Irresponsible Staff: My car was wrongfully towed from the hotel's own parking lot. The hotel management failed to contact me or notify me in advance. What’s worse, they completely refused to assist in contacting the towing company or resolving the issue, forcing me to pay $300 out of pocket. Their lack of accountability is shocking.
2.Outdated Facilities & Terrible Odor: The property is very old and poorly maintained. Both the hallways and my room had a strong, unpleasant odor that smelled like marijuana, making the stay very uncomfortable.
3.Defective Room Door: The door lock was malfunctioning throughout my stay. I was locked out multiple times and had to ask the staff for assistance repeatedly just to get into my room, which was incredibly frustrating.
4.Severe Highway Noise: The hotel is located right next to the I-25 highway. The noise insulation is practically non-existent. The traffic noise was deafening all night.
