It was very accommodating! I had to have surgery in Richmond VA and we could not have been happier with our choice.
There were no kitchen tools for a place that provides a full kitchen.
Location was primary reason hotel was selected.
No hair dryer in room. Iron was horrible, I added water to reservoir and what came out in my white shirt was rust color streaks.
The flooring was dirty and towels gave stains on them and need replacing. Pretty much of hotel smelled like cigarettes, beginning with lobby & elevator as well as 1 & 2 floor corridors.

The staff was not rude but they weren't friendly either. They never greeted us or thanked us

Front desk staff was super nice. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Room was comfortable.
The toilet didn't flush properly. The the pipe under the sink in the kitchenette was leaking even though we hadn't used that sink.
Check out is at 11am, but someone knocked and tried to get in around 9am. this occured the previous time we stayed at this property
The bed was comfortable and the location was close to the event we were attending.
The rooms we rented were both dirty. The floor had not been mopped, the rooms had an odor, greased handprints were on appliances and hair on everything, sheets, towels, and blankets. The door to one of the rooms was extremely difficult to open and close. At 4am there was a fight in the parking lot. Air conditioning was struggling and smelled bad. Staff was scarce.
