The front desk attendant was irritated when I followed the prompts on the screen and chose my room and informed me that my room choice had no air conditioning and then he apologized and was nicer and much more accomodating. The price of $70 dollars and the location near the St. John's Town Center was amazing and the reason I chose the hotel. There is value in these two aspects and if you can overlook the other issues it is a decent choice.
The location was great, however, many homeless people were walking the parking lot and there were many signs letting you know not to leave anything of value in your car, so for a single woman or younger adult I would not recommend for my 26 year old daughter, it just didn't feel safe. The lobby smelled of must. The carpet in my room was stained and ripped near the door allowing light and bugs to come through. The bathtub was stained. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The TV and WiFI worked well.
La habitación es super cómoda y la localización
La limpieza , No pasaron a limpiar la habitación durante la estadía , Ni poner toalla nueva.
Lo recomiendo
Location was good.
Pretty much everything else. Ceilings were dirty, everything was dirty, hair on bed sheets so unsure if they were even clean or not, and just and icky feeling place. The pictures look updated and they tried to or maybe we got an old room they had leftover, but would never stay there again unless they have major renovations.
The location
Dirty rooms, smells like cigarettes, rooms are not safe for a family.
Location and people
Can’t smoke in room
Fairly clean and staff were nice
First room wreaked of cigarettes and had back scratcher left in the room. Second room, hole in the bathroom door, another in the wall, tub rusty and paint peeling from the tube, stains over the bed, and scratches on the wall. Didn't bath or feel comfortable but we came in very late and decided to sleep there and leave early. Lobby closes at 10 so if you get there late, have to stand outside and call them to get night attendant to check you in.
FLEAS!
Horrible experience. There were fleas all over the carpet. I called customer service, and they offered me a discounted suite at another location (Baymeadows) since this one was sold out. When I arrived at the Baymeadows location, there was no way to enter the property. There's supposed to be a night attendant on duty on the phone line, but no one answered. I only entered the property because someone let me in. When I entered someone with a gun visibly on his front waist entered the property. As I was leaving, the night attendant asked me why I had banged on the gate. I told her there was a man with a gun who entered the hotel, and she said, "Never mind that," and asked, "Why did you bang on the gate?" I told her I had a reservation, and she said there was only one room left, which was already reserved. The last thing I told her was that this hotel company had a horrible hospitality experience and she said: "yeah it is".
Nothing at all.
I arrived and went to a room filled with black mold and spiderwebs. The air didn’t even work. Had to call the main customer service number twice just to be told I needed to return to the front lobby. Got there and waited for awhile. The night worker had to go and get bed cover. He told me I had to make my own bed in the new room. It had mold and the tub had bad stains and broken paint. I won’t be returning. You would have thought I was in a prostitution ring and didn’t care about myself at all. If you see this place, keep strolling past it.
The area was nice
The rooms need to be updated
