perfect place to rest
Pros:

A peaceful, quiet, and clean environment; everything works perfectly. Excellent air conditioning.

Adequate for business
Pros:

Very friendly staff, allow me to check in slightly earlier when room is ready, clean room, warm shower, could be longer term stay with cooking capability

Cons:

Not walkable to LVCC and my conference venue at the Strip, but nothing rideshare won't fix.

Ok for being on a budget
Pros:

Easy to locate, staff very helpful and welcoming

Cons:

Looks like cleaning was rushed the shower curtain was filthy and made me not want to step into the bathroom unless absolutely necessary.

Eh, probably won’t stay here again
Pros:

Rooms were very spacious, kitchenette is a nice plus, bathroom had the basics, shampoo, soap, plenty of towels

Cons:

Everything is very outdated, carpet seemed very dirty, walls were unappealing, no good lighting - had to use all lamps to try and get better lighting, tub unappealing, no blow dryer in room

Pros:

Stated they had pans to cook. Had to go down the street to buy some. Housekeeping never cleaned the room. Found food in the refrigerator left behind by someone else. States it has a pool but didn't state it was another hotel with the same name

Cheap, dirty and uncomfortable.
Pros:

The manager Ena, who worked 3pm to 11pm, was terrific. Attentive, caring and competent. She was the one bright spot in an otherwise dismal stay.

Cons:

The hotel is not merely dirty, it is filthy. The hallways are covered with litter, the floors are disgusting, the cabinets are nauseating and the beds are ancient and brutally uncomfortable. The sheets and towels all need to be replaced. There were no regular chairs to sit in. All around failure.

The place is inexpensive, buf does it need to be a health hazard as well?

I do not recommend this hotel stay
Pros:

Hotel was not managed properly it’s smelling and front desk associates not at all respectful and responsible.

Room was not cleaned and smelled like trash.

The staff were very nice! Helpful, knowledgeable, etc.

Cons:

Location - awful. Not at all safe for me and my children. Homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks nearby, trash and broken glass all over the sidewalk nearby.
Cleanliness - the room was not clean. The sheets had stains and dirt on them. The bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned. Overall, gross.
