Dirty Rooms and Horrible Customer Service
Pros:

The only positive thing was the location. Other than that, the experience was very disappointing.

Cons:

This hotel had some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The room smelled like mold, the carpet was dirty and disgusting, and the air conditioner was leaking water all over the floor which was dangerous. We almost slipped because of it. There were barely any towels, only one pillow, and nobody cleaned or checked the room properly. We complained multiple times to the front desk and nothing was handled correctly. No real help, no urgency, and no professionalism at all. The hotel feels poorly maintained, unsafe, and not suitable for guests. Definitely not worth the money. I would never stay here again and would not recommend this place to anyone.

The worst
Pros:

Nothing!! Everything was terrible!

Cons:

The cleanliness and customer service was awful. The stay was terrible. The hallways and bedroom smelled like heavy smoke. My room smelled horrible and the bathroom was filthy. Stains on the tub and hair along the shower wall. Not to mention ants on the bed. I would never recommend this place!.

Dirty not worth 180 a night. Stay else were room 302

Nasty/ dirty/ stinks/ tried saying I didn’t pay when I did. Had to show I paid in full with my invoice for them to believe me. Left the property 10 min after checking In the smell and the dirty room.
