their were roaches and bugs everywhere in room coming out of fridge and bathroom little bugs on the floor and when i called front desk they said oh its just the gap in door someone will go clean them up and no ever did. when I finally got the pets and kids stuff in from the 117 degree heat around 10am i was exhausted. i couldnt rest knowing there were bugs everywhere . so i left at 630 checked out i couldnt stay another min . i had the room for two days could stay 12 hours also air conditioning tech came in to clean the air conditioning

Well, let's start off by saying, this has nothing to do with booking.com itself. The hotel had horrible service, no toiletries, the bed was a joke, and then I will billed 2 times. Once through booking.com, which was a legitimate charge and then a second time through the hotel, which I am not disputing with my credit card company. This hotel was horrible and I will not recommend this place to anyone.
Didn't even stay there the whole weekend. Razor blades in the parking lot, blood on the sidewalk, trash by the stairs, and a very uncomfortable feeling. Room was dirty the bathroom mirror was dirty. Pillows were flat, bed was hard. TV was super small and only got 2 channels. Smelled like smoke in the room even though it says it is a smoke free facility. Staff was short and rude. Complained to the GM and instead of taking responsibility she got defensive.

The building was nice and clean the only thing I didn’t like was entering my hotel at night with a clogged toilet.
Some of the staff seemed a little ( Detached ). One of them started knocking on my door for house keeping & I politely responded 5 times ( No thanks) & she still didn’t hear me. Mind you my face was against the door.
Front Desk CSR was wonderful.
My room had an empty tuna can and dirty socks and a bottle of pills no label.

The noise from the adjoining room was very loud. The bathroom sink was dirty, and hair was stuck on the wall in the shower. The lobby floor was dirty and it wasn't kept up. I wouldn't stay here again.
