Great location, convenient, to stores, rental car businesses, & beaches
Pros:

Good location from airport & rental car businesses, also the shopping plaza across from the hotel was a life saver

Cons:

The breakfast could be better, especially for those not staying long term

Great staff, great price, great neighborhood!
Pros:

I’ve had a wonderful experience staying here for an extended period. The accommodations are clean, comfortable, and well suited for a longer stay. The staff has been welcoming, responsive, and consistently helpful, making it easy to feel at home. The membership rate is an excellent value if you’re planning to stay for more than a few days. Another highlight is the location—it's conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, and a beautiful walking trail, all in a neighborhood where I’ve felt safe throughout my stay.

Spiders and roaches
Pros:

Location. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

The room was booked as a queen studio. The bed as comfortable as it was, was not a queen. Full, yes. Even with an argument with morning staff they insisted the bed did not shrink. The first night had to kill a large spider & the following 2 nights other bugs, spiders and cocroaches. There was food and dirt under the bed which was another argument with management to have cleaned. We couldn't put our small dog on the floor because of this. Room dirty overall. Both the blackout shade and curtain were broken not able to open. Miserable dark in the room. 1 of the bathroom towel rods broken/falling off wall and toilet paper holder falling off. Light switch cover in room broken. Dirty, stained chair. Outside trash cans overflowing. Breakfast was a joke. Oatmeal or cereal bars only. Coffee horrible. Second morning I had to ask/find staff so I could have a plastic spoon for the oatmeal. This was a last minute booking & not worth $794.00. Stay away from this dump.

Great other than for one large flaw (that may be mitigated)
Pros:

All the notes about the freeway noise is very true - it is loud and constant. Tara was extremely helpful in finding a room that accommodated this issue insofar as it is possible in a very full hotel, but it was still very noticeable initially.

One of the issue is that the vast majority of the rooms (w.r.t. the limited information I can gain) seems to be affected by this - to different levels, but affected.

That said, the constancy in some way means that one could argue that it can, depending on personal sensitivities, could be less disruptive than a crowded street - I stopped noticing it after a few days with a good white noise machine and a ANC headphone.

The water pressure was a bit weak in my room, but not too problematically so. There is also no elevator for the second story - which may be an issue depending on your needs,

Other than those issues, honestly everything else is good - is it good value (for bay area standards), the location is good, with the Steven Creek Trail nearby for walks and supermarkets and shops nearby meaning you can essentially get anything you need by just walking, and bus stops close by. The staff are very courteous and helpful as well.

If you can get a room that does not face the freeway directly, and have a good pair of ANC headphones (and possibly a noise machine), this is well worth consideration

I would like to try staying again if I was comped and moved to the other side of the complex
