24851 Country Club Blvd Cleveland Airport Property. I had an amazing stay. I stayed in room 208. The gentleman at the front desk every morning was very helpful, respectful and also anytime I need help or anything. He was there as I was leaving to depart today. He was upmost out his way to help me and I want to say thank you to the gentleman. His name was Dickson. And the gentleman on Second shift. Zach.
Room had cobwebs and the curtains, I was on ground floor and front of the building, did NOT shut all the way. I used hair clip to hold curtains closed. Then had to be careful bc it left a gap on the left due to curtains torn and did not fit properly
Curtains over the heat/AC need weighted at bottom to hold then down and need wider curtains to fit the room. Telephone and remote need cleaned. Phone dirty and remote sticky
Location and friendly staff, room was clean
We had a kitchen but there were no dishes, pots and pans cups no coffee maker no toaster you had to go to the desk to request those things. Also another thing I didn’t care for which really I guess the hotel has no control over whoever was in the room above us had very heavy feet and stomped the entire stay from early in the morning till late at night, which I thought was truly rude. The room is only so big so I don’t know why the hell they were walking around for hours at a time just literally stomping lol but overall, we had a good stay
I found poop in my toilet !!!!
Not inclined to return…
Lack of hotel hygiene
The front desk lady was patient. That’s the good part. Very dated and plain rooms. They need upgraded. But after an evening there, I totally understand why mgt doesn’t want to sink more money into this place. I wouldn’t. The room was advertised to have a kitchen, but mgt needs to be more specific. I’d have said that it was just a space that contained a fridge and oven and microwave and sink. No means to use the oven, nothing to cook with or in, no dishes to eat off of or silverware to use. And no means to wash the utensils in the sink. It’s like saying they have a car, but no seats, no gas tank, no steering wheel, just this thing that looks like a car. So if you don’t have these things and you’re forced to be here for a while, just have ample counter space. There wasn’t even a coffee maker in the room. Even a Motel 6 has a coffee maker in the room. I’ve stayed in other “extended stay” chains where all of these things have been supplied.
Also, I don’t believe the clientele that uses this establishment understands that marijuana smoking also falls under the definition of “smoking”…the building reeked of it. My guess is they’re too stoned to care. We left early. Glad I’m only out airline miles.
I reserved a suite for the night of the 28th for 4 people. The lady at the front desk was pleasant. I had to get additional sheets and blankets for the pull out couch. I was told that there was only one pillow available. When I went to the room to put sheets on the pullout couch I discovered a raggedy mattress with a smashed strawberry on the mattress. I closed the couch back up and just used the couch as a single bed. Three other adults had to share the king in the other room (AWKWARD). Both tv's had no signal either. We were only staying one night so at that point we just dealt with the issues. I have used this hotel in the past for convenience and proximity to family. Sad to say this is the last time. The competition near this hotel is so far above and beyond. I get that it is cheap but people are willing to pay for a nice clean and updated place to sleep. One other thing...don't let people sleep in the chair next to the coffee and snacks. It is kind of creepy.
Nothing
They lied on me and said I didn’t clean room.
