There was nothing to like - we didn’t stay there When we parked there was trash outside the lobby in the parking lot boxes of trash, then there were other items waiting to be moved inside load that normally goes through the back, the glass sign on the counter was broken and no one bothered to clean it, the main guy just seemed high anyway we checked in walked in the room as soon as we opened the door there was a huge dead cockroach and one ran away, we just walked out and asked for our money back the corridors smelled. Overall very dingy place.i would not recommend it to anyone. The guy would not refund me my money and I can’t get hold of booking.com to complain and get my money back so will not be using booking.com either as u cannot get any help other than AI

It wasn’t clean. It’s in bad condition. Totally uninviting. Felt unsafe even with gates and fencing around the whole property and a security guard. A security guard?!? Just think about that. You need a security guard?!?!
My bathroom was gross. Where the toilet seat attaches to the toilet there is black disgusting filth. It looks like excrement and mold. How could anyone not see that?!?!? Hair in tub, the shower head and the hand held shower device are both broken. The shower head leaked and spayed water everywhere, and the hand held wall attachment is broken. The shower curtain has holes in it. The light in the bathroom is terrible! I will never stay here again!

Filthy, filthy and filthy. Loud and smelly with garbage in hallways. Room had no coffee pot, utensils, toaster or alarm clock. No coffee available at any time other than breakfast which was a packaged muffin and granola bar. Front desk staff was impossible to locate at most times; Phone went unanswered for 45 min prior to arrival. Gates to parking left open all night with security officer asleep by front door. Extremely disappointed for paying top dollar. Homeless camped on sidewalks all around building. Appeared to be filled with social service recipients living weekly through a voucher type program of some type. Many barking dogs in building.
I told the front desk about one of the issues in my room and he had informed maintenance. Maintenance fix the issue.
Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. From the moment I walked into the building, I noticed an unpleasant smell that immediately made me uncomfortable.
As I walked to my room, I saw a trash bag filled with garbage in the hallway, which did not give a good first impression. Once I entered my room, I noticed several cleanliness and maintenance issues. The bathroom sink was rusted, and the bathtub was also rusted, outdated, and in need of renovation. The lamps in the room were covered in dust, making it appear as though they had not been cleaned in quite some time.
The bathroom sink was also clogged and would not drain properly. Unfortunately, it remained stopped up until the following day.
I was also told by the front desk that breakfast would be available in the morning. However, when I went down for breakfast, the coffee was not hot, and there was only one muffin left. There was no hot food available at all.

Fentynl ferrets passed out in tbe parking lot. Facilty was dirty with trash everywhere. There are roaches in the room. Its not verry well.kept at all. I would never stay there again. No use in reserving a room. They font have what you reserve when you get there. And the smell was so bad.

Broken handle to room door need fixing or to be replaced, facilities wrapped Painters tape around part and called it fixed. The bathroom sink was clogged with lots of hair from previous guests. Shower still covered in lots of soap scum and residue. Rooms dont look like the pictures posted on site.

bed needed a better mattress to soft and small should have at least a queen bed in all handy capped assessable rooms

The manager is all stricked but I completely understand why.He too was very helpful!
Breakfast was skimpy..:(
Little kids running around all night long 130 am, all night. Marijuana smoke and drug addicts cops in and out of the property, 5 to 6 security guards at 930 pm. Dirty carpet and a soda is almost 5.00$ Booked on Trivago application and booking.com for 247.00$ this motel took close to 300.00$ from my bank account. Trivago application nor booking.com said nothing about the Santa Clara county uses this property as a homeless shelter 😭. Never again all the drawers in this room were broken
Noise, tenants, drug addicts and thieves and weird women walking around the property with metal soft ball bats.
