Upon arrival, the man at front desk was rude and short. After I entered my room, phone and tv didn’t work and bathroom was dirty w hair . The man said he made work order and someone would come fix and clean . No one came for all 3 days there. Even after I went back to from office 2 times to ask about it. There were men walking around at all Hours of the night w dogs barking. Dog poop on the walk ways. The bottom of door frames and walls were eaten away and moldy and disgusting. Baseboards too. I have never stayed in a hotel where it was evident someone LIVED in there .

Absolutely horrible experience. I’m honestly shocked and very disappointed.
I booked this room in advance for two nights and paid the full amount. I had a confirmed reservation, and I even contacted them through the chat beforehand to let them know that I would be arriving late.
I arrived at the hotel around 2:00 AM, and the place was closed. There was a phone box with instructions saying to dial “0” for late check-in, so I called.
Someone answered the phone. I explained that I had a confirmed booking and was there to check in. The first thing he told me was that there was no check-in at that time. I asked him to please check my name and reservation confirmation number, but he just told me there was no information under my name or phone number.
Seriously?! How is that possible?
They had my email, my contact number, my booking information, and they had already taken my full payment. I had even informed them in advance that I would be arriving late. If there was any problem with my reservation or if late check-in was not possible, they should have contacted me in advance.
I would have had time to find another hotel. But what am I supposed to do at 2:00 AM when I’m standing outside with my luggage and being told that there is no booking and no check-in?
This is beyond disappointing. They took my money, sent me a confirmation, and then when I actually showed up, suddenly there was “no information” about my reservation.
I’m sharing this review because I really don’t want anyone else to go through what I’m going through right now. Please think twice before booking this place, especially if you’re arriving late at night.
For me, this has been an absolutely horrible experience and completely unacceptable service.

Nothing proper maintenance of facility. Very old bed , dirty oven , leaking roof,

Charged me 150 more than what I was supposed to pay due to me not checking in before 12am but when I wanted to check in nobody was @ the office until after 12. Plus the room smelled badly like cigarettes bad hotel

We came in to check in very early because we had nowhere else to go after traveling all day. When we told the front desk hijabi that we are here to check in she looked at us confused and said "but its check OUT time right now" with a stupid look on her face (mind you we havent even checked in yet) and i was like okay is there anything you can do to help us and she just curled her lip and scoffed at us, acting like there's nothing she could possibly do to help us. She actually started laughing at us. An employee of this crappy motel started laughing at us because we showed up 3 hours too early for check in. We immediately left because obviously this place only knows how to treat third worlders? Thats my guess because i saw almost exclusively indians in the parking lot while we called an uber to take us to a hotel that cares about people and is willing to help their customers. And wouldnt you know, the people at the next hotel actually had some manners and knew how to talk to customers. And you would never believe it! Here we are 2.5 hours early to check in and they tell us to chill out in their lobby while they keep out luggage behind the front desk. And after about 45 minutes our room was ready! They really know how to help people out and not just scoff in the face of paying customers

that our sheets were dirty and didn’t seem washed we were to scared to say anything because the staffed manager kinda seem rude and mean when we tried asking questions

Price was ok. Location is good.
