Outside is filthy room was beat up had a phone but wasn't hooked to anything staff looked rough people living there probably from half way house. Place is just gross

Cons:

Upon check in, when we walked into the room it had an awful odor. We walked into the restroom and the toilet was covered with pubic hair and had feces and urine in the toilet bowl! We requested an immediate refund and to check out. We had to leave and find a different hotel.

Good proximity to what I needed but property needs major maintenance overall to bring it up to 21st century

Close proximity to Irvine spectrum and Laguna Beach
And a low rate ….… also Anthony, the assistant manager made everything more tolerating rating and accommodating He was very professional very good at his job without him. It would’ve been a different experience. He’s very good at his with people and knows how to oversee a property!

Cons:

Old outdated rooms property dirty rooms dirty needs to be painted rooms need to be upgraded 1970s furniture very very depressing

We finally had a room replacement, the A/C was broken in room 305, But in room 105, the A/C condensation was a big problem.

Worst Experience Ever!!

UNSAFE. Residents doing drugs infront of property. Front desk Asst Mngr Anthony Ayala refused to chect us out and I was Told to call him the next day but never answered my call. Worst then Worst. Take them out from your hotel list.

It was gross /disgusting. I walked in & there was a wad of gum on the counter. Used soap 8n the shower..something on the toilet seat. I don't think it was cleaned. But I had no other option at the time. There were guys working on cars outside my door until the night.

Honestly nothing. I did choose a lower price hotel though I could afford more but knew we would just be there to sleep but after much travel around the US and world this is the worst dirtiest unkempt hotel I have ever stayed in. I have pictures to show to Extended Suites directly

See above. Dirty room not cleaned well hair like trimming beard or pet in bathtub filthy stove crumbs and stuff on carpet couldn't go barefoot. No one at desk in am and someone (we saw it) took ALL the food items in her bag and took it. Creamer for coffee dangerous - I use that kind at home it was discolored thickened as if very old not creamy danger to try, no plugs for sinks or tub, one washcloth for two people... NOT what I would expect from this brand
