Rate is bad for this property but it is a thruthful number.
Pros:

Nothing. Not coming back for sure.

Cons:

All worn out all and not clean. I arrived late night and staff was not nice. Breakfast is NOT breakfast. It was just a cup of coffee and a snack. Is it called breakfast today?

$30. Is prob too much for a night here!!

I have been here many times in the past. I do not know what has happened here. Everything is run down on these rooms! Hands down the most frustrating expert. NO IDEA WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. ZERO CONCERN FOR COMFORT! They could probably head off most complaints by simply telling you that some things are not happening here like they would at a normal place.

Cons:

NO COMMUNICATION! DIRTY AND SLOPPY ROOMS! I ASKED TOR WIFI SND NOBODY TRLLS YOU TO SIGN UP ONLINE IN ORDER TO GET THE AIR CONDITIONER YO WORK- that might not even be true because I dined up and still never found it. Broken shower. Door to the room doesn’t lock. This is after changing rooms. New management? New people? Something has gone very wrong here. $200 ABSOLUTELY NOT ANY KIND OF A DEAL. Don’t waste your time and money

DO NOT STAY HERE!
Pros:

Upon arrival we noticed the facilities were not clean. Our room was dirty, beds werent made, there was a brown liquid in the cabinets. empty water bottle was left on dresser. it did not feel safe. this hotel caters to the homeless and has people that live there. the garbae can outside our room was over flowing with garbage and had bags of garbage all around it., we did not end up staying as we did not feel safe.

Cons:

the rooms were not as pictured. this hotel is VERY out dated and should be removed from the booking.com website!

Wouldn’t recommend staying here at all unless you’re paying under 60$ for it

How noisy guests were all day, how unclean and smelly the rooms are, attitude of the staff checking guests in is not rude to be honest at all but very far from welcoming
