Convenient location at a good price
Pros:

Location was great. Walked the path to many businesses/restaurants

Cons:

Originally, we had a room one the first floor that was musty but staff was very helpful and relocated us to top floor where we were very happy with our room

Location, location, location.
Pros:

Location for this place is everything. The room was spacious and well equipped as is every extended stay.

Cons:

Breakfast was prepackaged stuff. Staff could be more interested.

Pros:

The room has a cooktop in addition to microwave and refrigerator. Also a small dining table with 2 chairs. Continental breakfast is minimal with muffins, cereal bar, and coffee.

Cons:

There's a Chick-fil-A sharing the parking lot so it can be congested at times with cars in line at the drive through window.

You get what you pay for. It was decent for a cheap place to sleep.
Pros:

It was spacious.

Cons:

Only one staff member. So busy, we couldn’t get anything for our kitchen, pots and pans needed to cook. Parking was awful with a busy restaurant nearby. Found a dirty wash cloth missed and a towel that didn’t look clean.

Wouldn’t stay again. Terrible check in experience, says it includes breakfast but it’s just coffee and granola bars

Downtown close to restaurants and shops.

Cons:

We arrived around 10:30pm and it took over an hour to check in... we had a trailer on the car and the staff was zero help with ideas for parking it safely. They checked us in to a room that, after 20 minutes trying to park, we entered to find it hadn't been cleaned. We went back to the desk and it took another 10min to get a new room... only to find the key didn't work. The staff was friendly but after a long day on the road we didn't need an HOUR of check in time.

Pros:

O quarto é excelente, muito confortável. O ar condicionado funcionando, tem uma cozinha com geladeira, micro ondas, fogão. O quarto é perfeito. O estacionamento é bom, seguro e de frente ao hotel. A senhora da limpeza foi muito simpática e educada, inclusive deveria ser promovida para recepção.

Cons:

A recepção é horrível. Os funcionários são mal educados, anti paticos, parece que estão trabalhando ali obrigados. Cheguei 30 minutos antes, e não pude ocupar o quarto, porque o check in só às 15. É o que chamo de economia porca ou podre. O hospede dificilmente sai no horário certo de check out, sempre antes do horário então o hotel nada perde em fazer o check in antes. A administração é pobre de idéias, de como ganhar hospede. Só afasta o hospede, e estraga a imagem com isso. O café da manhã não é café da manhã, altere para uma cortesia da manhã ou lanche da manhã. Não tem lugar para sentar, só café, leite e uns biscoitos. Estou viajando por meses, e ficando em hotéis, motéis, camping... Se precisar de uma auditório seu estabelecimento de hospedagem só falar comigo.

The room was great but breakfast was more than disappointing
Pros:

You must use that term breakfast loosely, because that was barely breakfast for someone who is supposed to stay away from carbohydrates that's all you served: instant oatmeal, cupcakes and muffins and maybe some energy bar. I couldn't eat any of it and to think that I could have stayed across town where they had biscuits and gravy sausage and eggs on the menu. So why don't you call it barely breakfast instead of breakfast.
