There was a big concert in town. I was so grateful that they didn’t mark up their prices.
Pros:

I love the location. It wasn’t close to where I wanted to be but the neighborhood was so nice.

Cons:

The breakfast was lacking. There wasn’t an ice machine so I had to fill trays and wait for it. And a great kitchen without dishes, silverware or even paper towels.

The location was lovely with the crick in the back and we will definatly be back.
Pros:

Location and comfortable bed. Liked the kitchenet and size of room. Location is truly the biggest plus for us.

Cons:

We had trouble with the tub drain not holding water. It was repaired twice while we were there. They did finally get it to work and the staff was very responsive to our request. I am a bit of a clean freak and should have brought my own cleaning supplies to clean the sink and tub during our stay. I have never stayed at an extended stay so am not sure if they would have provided that for us while we were there. Also the soap and was so small it disolved in three showers.

I went to my graduation, so it was only for a day! Loved the forest!
Pros:

Loved the forest on the back of the property with the river, so beautiful.

Cons:

The room was not satisfactory clean. Dust under the bed, and very dusty everywhere.

Better attention to maintenance desperately needed!

The location was close to what we came to see.

Cons:

Parking lot was difficult to get into because of a Chick-Fil-A drive through. Water dripped all night and a hole in the bathroom ceiling had formed. There was missing seals around the door allowing cold air and dirt to blow through, the breakfast was horrid (day old muffins) and one drawer handle in the kitchenette was missing.
