I have been staying here for 5 years and this past stay was the absolute worst.
Pros:

We did not have the breakfast

Cons:

The first room which was on the first floor was terrible: the pet smell was over whelming and there was no shower curtain. The roo. They moved us to had roach eggs in the iron. Could not use the shower because it was broken.

I would avoid going back
Pros:

Location was good. The front desk was very nice and friendly.

Cons:

The room and common areas were very dirty. The elevator was out of order. Coffee and snacks were meager.

EXTREMELY OFFENSIVE AND RUDE

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

Cons:

The African American woman who RUDELY greeted me and was OFFENSIVE AND UNPROFESSIONAL to me was passive aggressive to me and was not helpful at all. I wish I got her name. She should be FIRED. I will not return nor will I recommend this property to anyone.

Slept well.
Pros:

Bed comfortable.

Cons:

Hairdryer broken so unable to use. Drawers broken in kitchen and bathroom. Needs a deep cleaning as mold in caulking in bathtub. Window sills dirty. Heating did not work well as air conditioning would start immediately after heat. Room needs m and r.

There was no smoke alarms in the room the phone did not work! No WiFi and no cell service it was a death trap! Left immediately. Had to go book another room at a different t hotel
