Filthy place, unacceptable service.

The only endearing factor is the location.

The staff was for the most part non responsive.
The first three set of rooms were not only filthy but were moldy with an overwhelming musty smell in the air. We were promised 3 adjacent rooms, but those were far apart from each other. We were told they didn't have adjacent rooms. When we complained about the rooms' cleanliness, the front desk person checked for alternatives. He said that he inspected the rooms and found the new rooms to be clean.
We moved to new rooms on the ground floor. Two were indeed next to each other, the third, about 5 rooms away.
When we entered the rooms we discovered that one was indeed cleaner than before, but the other two were just as filthy as the first three. Hair all over the bathrooms, dirty bathtub, filthy shower curtains, disgustingly dirty toilets, complete with "left overs", and dirty floors. But the worst part were the beds. The smelly linen havn't been changed for a while. The beds had a strong odor of sweat. We quickly realized that the mattresses were even worse; saturated in sweat and dirt. The stinking pillows belonged in the trash not on anyone's bed.
It was too late at night and we were after 9 hours of driving. We covered the bed with towels and our own items got a bit of sleep. The following day, we bought our own pillows and linen and did our best not get in contact with the beds or any of the hotel's items. We also bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the shower areas, sinks and toilets in order that we may use them. How's that for vacation?
I obviously do not recommend this hotel. The problems appear to be systemic.

It was awful
Pros:

The place was disgusting. Towels that were so worn that they were see through. Broken furniture. Dirty

Everything. I check out with out even sleeping there because I was so uncomfortable

Major disappointment.
Pros:

The location.

Cons:

The hallways and carpeting were filthy. An abandoned vacuum cleaner sat in the hallway which I reported to staff. There was an out of service elevator and a warning sign on the hotel entry that an elevator had failed inspection. Management should have warned anyone making a reservation about the lack of safety at this property.
