Pros:

Stood out side for 30-45 mints waiting on some to open door so I will be able to check in , after that my key would not work for the room when i did get a room it had roaches and smile like weed in rooms & dog, the Employees live there be outside smoking weed and hang out not able to take of the customer , the rooms are nasty and dirty dog hair ever where bathroom not clear service there is 1-10 its a 0, over all need new Employees and Management who wants to work not just there for a check ..I would suggest any one to book at this place ever again .... Thank you

Book in an emergency, last resort only

Staff is very friendly and professional

Cons:

Broke bathroom door, broken sink, broken toilet seat, feces stains on the bathroom wall, dirty tubs, roaches and gnats, hotel room smell did not go away, making it hard to breathe. And questionable overall cleanliness of bed sheets and pillows.

The desk clerk appeared to have an attitude. My room smelled like smoke,the tub was dirty, and the lock latch on the door was broken. Also another customer complained of the dryer not working. I did not stay. When I asked for a receipt or proof that I didn't stay she said she could not provide it, and I had to wait until after checkout to get one, even though I did not stay.

Cons:

There were cigarette burns in my comforter. The room was extremely dirty which led to me having asthma issues. I asked for my money back 20 mins after booking the room and the staff were extremely nasty. I was absolutely disgusted by this total experience. It was awful. It took 3 days of me fighting with staff to get my money refunded. Thier reasoning was that they did not have the cash on hand (which i had just given them that exact amount of cash lol)
After 3 days of showing up causing an uproar I was finally refunded my money 3 days later. It was the worst experience.

Check-in was quick and easy.
Pros:

Location is good Room was decent and clean.

Cons:

Quite a few shady people on property after dark, making property feel a little unsafe at night time. Due to this fact, I felt that the room was a little overpriced.
