Cons:

The desk clerk appeared to have an attitude. My room smelled like smoke,the tub was dirty, and the lock latch on the door was broken. Also another customer complained of the dryer not working. I did not stay. When I asked for a receipt or proof that I didn't stay she said she could not provide it, and I had to wait until after checkout to get one, even though I did not stay.

Cons:

There were cigarette burns in my comforter. The room was extremely dirty which led to me having asthma issues. I asked for my money back 20 mins after booking the room and the staff were extremely nasty. I was absolutely disgusted by this total experience. It was awful. It took 3 days of me fighting with staff to get my money refunded. Thier reasoning was that they did not have the cash on hand (which i had just given them that exact amount of cash lol)
After 3 days of showing up causing an uproar I was finally refunded my money 3 days later. It was the worst experience.

Check-in was quick and easy.
Pros:

Location is good Room was decent and clean.

Cons:

Quite a few shady people on property after dark, making property feel a little unsafe at night time. Due to this fact, I felt that the room was a little overpriced.

That i paid 335.44 for a room I never got to stay in an although I have given my case number to booking.c om customer service they still want to charge me the studio 6 said they was sorry for selling the room I paid in full for i have never had this kind of customer service an on top of that they wanted me to pay an extra $110.00 for a cancelation when the hotel front desk said it was there fault so yes I'm very upset by this

0/10 damn near want to dispute with my bank

Literally nothing

Cons:

The bathroom tub was filthy, my ac did not work and it was on 66 and my room smelled like somebody smoked a cigarette in it before I checked in.
