Pros:

Room was quite clean. The glass in one window was cracked, but the window functioned. The room needed an airing out and it was good that the window could open. The hotel was quiet and the facilities themselves were clean and fine. We didn't end up eating anything at breakfast because it wasn't particularly appetizing. The other guests seem to enjoy it very much though. We liked the room arrangement where the bedroom could be closed off from the other room. That's great when people keep different sleep hours or have children staying with them. The lighting in the room could be upgraded. even with lights on, the room was a little dark. A better breakfast, better lighting and consistently friendly front desk staff would have caused me to give a high rating to the lodging.

Cons:

The 2 front desk staff (two younger men) were very nice to my husband as he walked in and then when I followed 15 seconds later their attitude became neutral at best. What is up with that? Misogynists?

Definitely worth the cost and would consider staying again.
Pros:

Location was close to the freeway and wasn't too noisy. The room was comfortable and clean, there weren't any telltale signs of overlooking cleanliness. The breakfast was good and had your basic continental style breakfast.

Cons:

Not too much to complain about, the family enjoyed the stay. The pool was a little small but it was indoor which is great for the PNW climate.

The perfect stopover
Pros:

It was our first night of a nine night road trip. The property was easy to find, the room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was the best free breakfast we had on our trip. The staff was also nice and helpful.

Cons:

If we were going to Ashland for a longer stay, seeing more plays, etc., we would probably want to stay withing walking distance of the core downtown attractions.

Our room smelled terrible. I couldn't quite track the scent, but after sleeping there for the evening, I decided it smelled of urine and remnants of cigarette smoke.

Cons:

The bathroom outlet wasn’t working which made getting g ready difficult. And the water in the shower was freezing cold after 1 normal length shower, less than 10 minutes.

Just what we needed for a quick trip to Ashland. Convenient and clean, plus affordable.
Pros:

Easy to get to, close to downtown Ashland, breakfast comes with stay. Had everything we needed.

Cons:

Electrical outlet was weird, didn’t work unless you constantly reset the outlet. Not much room for breakfast during the breakfast rush.
